Todo mas k perfecto los doctores son fabulosos en especial el doctor Bryan shen en pedeatria y la enfermera Yolanda y las resepcionistas en mi opinion kaiser se gana 5 estrellas en ese lado. PEROOOO!!!! en la cafeteria hay hubo un problema k todos los miembros k estuvimos presentes nos incomodamos pues una empleada creo es ayudante del chef de nbre maria, Tenia una acitud para con los miembros como para con el chef hasta le levantaba la vz al chef y el chef luis con todo y la presion k tenia x atendernos de la mejor manera y con una sonrisa en la cara , Todavia tenia k estar lidiando con esa empleada k en un momento dado el chef miro k nos atendia de una manera no apropiada k termino diciendole k x favor nos atendiera con amabilidad k la comida k ellos estaban preparando no nos la regalaban y el chef como todo un profesional nos ofrecia disculpas y yo le dije k gracias x su profesionalismo ,dedicasion ,buen trato Y todavia carisma. Asi k opino hoy dia el trabajo es una bendicion si la empleada maria no kiere trabajar en la cocina k renuncie pero nosotros pagamos x un servicio y lo menos k nos merecemos en un trato amable no k nos tiren la comida en el plato. Asi k 5 estrellas para el chef luis y se su nombre xk le pregunte como se llamaba xk es justo hacer mencion k el pone a kaiser muy en alto como la mayoria del personal k ahi colabora. Encuanto a maria la ayudante k renuncie y se buske un trabajo k si la haga sentir feliz. Eh dicho :-/.

Worst Optometry experience to date! I went to get new lenses for my glasses on July 1st. The examination process was super quick and easy. I then proceeded to wait an hour just to sit with a representative (named Joshua) to fulfill my lens prescription. He then told me about all these additional products I didnt need, which is fine, I understand its part of his job. I explained I had to get to work and just wanted to order the new lenses, I didnt even want to order new frames. He gave me a quote and said they would be done in 2 to 3 weeks. He gave me his card, the order number, and said he would give me a call or I could call him if I didnt hear anything in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later, I still havent heard from them. I called today to check on the status of my lenses. The receptionist took my medical number and told me she couldnt find my order in the system so one of the reps would call me back. She even said it should only take 15 minutes since no one was ahead of my call or waiting. 3 hours later, I still did not receive a call from any representatives, so I called them back. The same receptionist said she would talk to Joshua and see what the status of my lenses was. She then came back on the line and said I had not paid for the lenses so they did not go into production. NEVER, not even once, did Joshua tell me I had to pay up front. He didnt even tell me to call or confirm if I wanted to place an order at a later time. He told me that the order was in and they would be ready to pick up in 2 to 3 weeks. I told this to the receptionist and she started to get snippy and tell me that "that isnt our process, you have to pay first". Please tell me how a first time customer is supposed to know your companies policy, especially when they have been given false information from the get go. She even had the gall to ask me if I wanted to proceed with a new order. HELL NO! I am never using this Optometry center again. They are unreliable, they do not have decent customer service, AND they dont have sales reps that know what they are doing. They should not let sales reps meet with customers if they have not been fully trained or if they dont have a solid grasp of their own policies that way they dont pass on false information.

seen Kaiser OBGYN the first time after being transferred from my RE. I been through tons of treatment before getting to this Positive pregnancy result. Had almost 500 injection from the past 2 years. Blood drawn every 3 days. However Kaiser OB did not show empathy or sympathy. They just treat me like any other regular patients, they did not assign or let me know if there are any Perinatologist available, even they documented that I had previously miscarriage! Ask Doctor to write me a note for my work, since my job required a lot strenuous activities. She simply refused! She said cant find any symptoms that can put on the excuse letter for my employer! I am on tons of medications! She said everyone wants their baby to live, not just me! Thats so cruel, especially we told her this is my only chance of conceiving, because we have no more embryos left! Other normal people can conceive naturally, but I had to go through all these blood drawn, 4-5 self injections daily, tons of oral pills, vaginal suppositories..Coping with each loss/failure emotional. Kaiser generally just have too many rules and policies, which they are trying to carefully to avoid any lawsuits from patients! Their ultimate goal is not to care! You know how hard it is to get admitted/ phone to make a simple appointment when you are in need of an ultrasound and/or MDs advise? Even if you get to your OB appointment, they call you in and ask one to two questions, then ask you to sit back outside at the waiting room to be called again. You know it is really difficult for pregnant women to walk back and forth, opening heavy doors, especially some of them just got pregnant, and the embryo is still trying to find a good spot in the uterus? Not to mention the RN dont even know how to calculate my due date! Yes, it is RN! She said the date that I had embryo transfer was the first date that I conceived! She needs to go back to school, as embryo was already 2 weeks 3 days or 2 weeks 5 days at the time of transfers, so she calculated my gestation for almost 3 weeks behind. Her name is Virinia Staley RN. The OB that I seen was Tina Yu.

Despues de visitar Kaiser Baldwin Park me quedé muy asombrada por la atención que le brindaron a mi esposo. Tan pronto que lo registrarón lo pusieron en un cuartito le tomaron sus signs vitales, luego sacaron examenes de sangre y orina e inmediatamente le pusieron un IV. Unos minutos despues llegó el doctor quien ordenó sueros, medicina para el dolor y un CT scan, mientras pasaba todo esto me dejaron esperar en su cuarto, estando allí pude ver lo ocupados que estaba todo el personal adentro, quienes empezaron a alinear mas pacientes fuera de los cuartos pero a pesar de eso seguían atendiendo a mi esposo. Gracias Kaiser B.P. por que esa atención que no había sido lo mismo en el E.R de la ciudad de Vallejo, en el Norte de California (donde ya habíamos ido por el mismo problema) Recientemente mi esposo y yo vivimos en Napa, CA. Ahora nuestro conflicto es que no queremos dejar Kaiser Baldwin Park por miedo a la mala experiencia que sufrimos en Kaiser Vallejo, CA.
