My first appointment with them was great I was scheduled back within a few days to see them called the morning of my second appt to cancel and was informed by the receptionist that I could not cancel without 24hour notice and I informed her I woke up with a sore throat that I couldnt really give a 24 hour notice if I had just woke up with it that day. She was rude and directed my call doctor and he also informed me he would not reschedule my appt that I still need to come in he would recommend me antibotics. I said to him that there wpuld be no way I could make it on time because I lived 35mins away and he said again he wouldnt reschedule. I informed him that I would be looking for another dentist and he said thats a good idea and hung up. I would never recommend anyone to go to them. theyre rude and very unprofessional.

My husband had five teeth pulled. He was leaving andb I had to ask for something for his pain. They healed fine and he liked Dr Mark well enough. He went back two weeks later and had two teeth pulled. He had nothing but pain. No pain pills. I called dentist on Thursday andv the receptionist said it was still healing. So he stayed in pain through the weekend. I called back on Monday and said white was showing in the socket, thought he had dry socket. She said no, white means it is healing. Then said if it will make me feel better he could come in tuesday. Well, he did and had dry socket in both. They reopened it and still have him nothing for pain. He will be seeing dr. Urbanic from now on.

The receptionist should probably not work in a field that deals with people, as she is the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever spoken to in what should be a professional business. Just by looking through other reviews where people have the same concerns, Im surprised that this woman still works for this company. I truly hope that the issues with the receptionist are looked into. As a woman in an executive management position I would not allow this kind of behavior from an employee, its unacceptable and is bringing the business down as well as giving them a terrible review.

I cancelled because I had the flu,and rescheduled,then the next week I called and cancelled,because my son then had the flu,the secretary was so rude,she put the dentist on the phone,and he said we will never help you because you cancelled twice,I apologized and explained my son now has the flu he yelled at me and let me know he will never see me again because I cancelled twice. very rude Ill never recommend this place to anyone! !!!!!!!!

The dentist there specifically DR Urbanek is the most insensitive uncaring selfish dentist I have ever met or gone to I drove 7 hours (and even told them this before I left)to get my Front partial for my wedding pictures and because I was 5 minutes late( literally) he would not see me all his patient are to him is a paycheck please take my advice ahead of time and run from this place as far as you can!

Wasnt even going to prescribe my husband an antibiotic until I mentioned his pain.. Worst experience Ive ever witnessed. Did a cleaning (if you want to call it that) didnt even say one word about another visit to fix and pull his bad teeth... Nice work! Never going back.
