I had a horrible experience both times Ive been seen this time I took my childrens records and mine and left. Takes too long to get in, was threatened that they would clean my sons teeth but it wouldnt be done right because he had a virus- instead of just saying we cant give him a proper cleaning while he is like this. The receptionists are rude, the younger dentists are rude. Dr Cao is the only reputable person in the building. Its healthcare and when its not patient centered and its money driven you need to run.

Not sure I will be going back. Not sure why its so hard to find a gentle but good dentist in this area. I found how I was treated very rough. Ive had these same procedures before and have never had so much discomfort during the process. I used to only be nervous about cost now Im terrified of the pain involved. Very upsetting.
