A genetic problem regarding weak enamel required dentures at a fairly young age. The who processes of getting impressions, fittings, and the trips back for adjustments made me delay getting new dentures until it was time to bite the bullet.much to my surprise, the whole process was fun and not the drudgery I had expected. Stonecreeks expert was exactly that. An expert in his field. His attention to look and fit was many times what I expected. The result was a set of dentures that not one close friend or relative could tell that there had been a change in my new smile. The only comment I got twice was that I looked younger. One person said "you must have had a good nights sleep. You look you get. " I was beaming inside because I knew the real reason. The experience starts with friendly people talking to you on the phone. Them it the incredibly friendly people behind the desk that immediately seem like old friends. The technicians were so incredibly nice in every appointment and the man doing the dentures is a man I would want to build an airplane that I would fly. Total trust in what the finished product would look like. He took what another much more expensive dentist had done that caused me to not want to smile and made me happy again. His final product didnt need a single adjustment to remove a sore spot. They were perfect from the beginning. Each time I brush them I am amazed in the much smaller set of dentures and the things that made me hate to smile for a decade were all gone. I think the dentist was there at some point in time. Seriously, it s a joy to have gone through the process and the end result was well wort the drive and time. I m totally happy without one thing I would be critical of in the entire process. The cookies were great also.

We needed a new Dentist and changed to Stonecreek Dental Care - Pickerington. We reviewed some of the Google reviews but thought cant always belief what you read online. Boy were we wrong. Their billing practice is awful. We also dont hand out our SSN but they were not capable of handling Metlife without it (others do!). They also documented that I delayed billing for not providing SSN. I told them to call me before we show up for appointment if there are any issues with insurance. They did not call. I called Metlife and they gave me all my insurance details for Stonecreek. The bill they have sent to us for cleaning for family of 4 was $840. They do not wait for insurance to pay and then send out the remaining balance. *** There were charges on there that they told us on the day of the appointment were free. *** We had to call and ask for detailed billing. After insurance we owed $290.50 with no installments available as other dentist in the area offer. DO NOT GO THERE. CHECK BBB REPORTS. TOO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT BILLING PRACTICES OF THIS OFFICE. I should have known, in ear two way radios, new patient mugs, free coffee etc, has to be paid somehow.

BUYER BE WARE!! I truly thought that I was going to get the best dental treatment at a fair price...boy was I wrong! Stonecreek has a lot of frills and high tech equipment but have a practice of over charging patients and maxing out insurance. My wife and I both have spent over $4k in the month of January for services rendered and anywhere else in the city...(we checked) it would have been half or less! They are a in network provider for Delta Dental ONLY! They will not explain the cost clearly and truly do you and your family a dis-service. Not only have I exhausted all of my benefits for 2014 but my FSA too! ** I had (2) fillings done and had to turn around and have a root canal and crown on one of the NEW fillings. During that procedure it was determined that the other filling would need the same. All one week after having them done...MALPRACTICE! *** Missy (Dental Tech) is GREAT! No reason to ding her for the bad practices of the business. Dealing with her was the only bright spot through it all!! CONTEMPLATING LEGAL ACTION...having all documents reviewed.

I was referred to Stonecreek Dental by a co-worker and let me tell you it was one of the best things hes ever done for me. From the moment you walk in you know your in a place of comfort and care. The friendly and genuine smiles that greeted me we second to none. The ensuing customer service was top notch and not forced. Being in the customer service field has given me some insight to things on the other side of the desk. I can tell these employees are happy and really like their job and it shows. The staff and took excellent care of me. Im writing this as a patient at Stonecreek Dental for well over a year and a half. I couldnt have found a better place to have my dental needs taken care of. You wont be sorry, not one little bit. From the pampering to the touches of home throughout the establishment Stonecreek Dental is a place second to none. Ive found Dental care Nirvana. A friend of mine is a hygienist here and after having an appointment with my previous provider rescheduled for a 3rd time, she was kind enough to squeeze me in on the same day as that other appointment so I didnt have to take extra time off work. The wait wasnt long at all, and Sherry was phenomenal! She was very personable and professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. The exact same can be said for the doctor who followed Sherry (embarrassingly I forget her name!). I must also compliment the woman who initially scheduled me with Sherry (I believe her name was Ashley). She was patient with me as I had a lot of questions around insurance and prices, and I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone so she could get to the next patient. I will absolutely be returning!

I just want to say thank you to the staff and dentists at Stonecreek Dental, they are the best Dental office I have seen in a long time.They are very kind, Professional and go to great lengths to make sure that their patients and family members of patients are treated with the up most respect when it comes to treatments, procedures, or billing questions. You feel comfortable with the staff from the freshly baked cookies each morning, great coffee/water, to any questions you might have. I was even called the next day to make sure that my son was not having any problems with the work that was done... Kudos to Dr. Erin Ashe and the rest of the staff at Stonecreek Dental. Would suggest them to anyone with dental needs and looking forward to the next visit.... :)
