I was pleased when I found a dentist near me that takes my dental insurance. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this office. As a new patient my first impression was the dentist was 20 min late and tried to justify himself by saying he had to come from Tampa. The dental assistant spoke poor English and did not know how to say wax dental floss in English. Next, she did not know how to floss teeth and jammed it into my gums so hard they were bleeding and it was very painful. Then she couldnt pull the floss out so she pulled it out the side of my teeth leaving shreds of dental floss in between. Not only was the Dentist late arriving, he had one of the worst chair side manners while frequently stating how bad the blood was oozing out of my gums ( because of his assistant torturing them with floss ). He lacked professional and medical manners. Needless to say I do not recommend this office and I will not be returning. The only reason why I gave one star is because it would not let me post without giving one.

First time seeing Dr. Castellano...everything was professional, friendly and pain free. Catherine and Emily were great. Infact, my husband is going next week to see Dr. C for the first time. We found our family dentist and right here in Trinity.

Ive had a continue to have a great experience with this dentist. He is very accommodating and flexible with regards to scheduling an appointment. I highly recommend.
