I am very disappointed with the service Ive received. Dr. Koc had been a vet for my dog since he was a puppy and on the beginning I liked him because he looked like he loves animals, was very kind to my puppy and the charges looked reasonable. But when my puppy started to have dermatological and diarrhea problems, I had a feeling that dr. Koc overlooked those problems, gave him a steroid shot (without acknowledging me ahead) and said hell be fine. It got worse after a couple of days and so I went to different clinic where they diagnosed and treated my dog thoroughly. But my distrust was completed a couple days ago. My dog kept vomiting, had very strong diarrhea and would lay down and cry...I rushed him to dr. Koc since he was closer than the other clinic. dr. Koc checked him, made X-rays and saw nothing. He told me the intestines were clean, his only concern is a larger stomach. He gave my dog liquids and sent me home with an advice to come back in the evening to repeat the procedure and we would see. My dog kept crying in my car and after my friend recommended a specialized clinic in Buffalo Grove, I went there. They surprised me with exceptional care, did an ultrasound (which they said is much better than x-rays) and found out my doggie had something stuck in his intestines and required immediate surgery. After this I called dr. Koc and asked him for at least a discount since I spent a lot of money at his office and in the end he didnt help my dog at all. Dr. Koc refused. I like people who can admit their mistakes. He could at least advice me to find a place with ultrasound since he couldnt see anything on x-rays...For sure this is the last time me or my friends used his service.

I came to the area with my very sick cat, Drew. Finding Dr. Koc was a blessing. I had been literally around the country to specialists, and there was no place that rivaled the personal attention, knowledge and care that I received here. Dr. Koc extended my cats life longer than anyone had anticipated, he came to the office after hours to meet me, even on Sundays. He opened this practice one year ago, so it might be new to a lot of people. I rarely would take the time to write a review about anything, but can not stress enough what a wounderful person and practice you will find here. He and his wife take in rescues, and have a such a genuine compassion for each animal. If you are looking for a great place to bring your animal you have found it! Hope this review helps you.

I love Arnett animal hospital. I moved up here to prospect Hts. 3 years ago and it was so hard to find a vet like my old vet. I went to 3 different places in the area and they where either way expensive or not friendly or both and some had a attitude like they where doing me the favor. Dr. Koc at Arnett hospital is a wonderful caring compassionate man, who truly is a animal lover himself, and so is the receptionist, I find them to be very knowledgeable and very affordable. please be careful of a certain large companys that offers you a pay as you go plan, they had misdiagnosed my lab and needless to say he is not with me anymore, so as I said I will only trust Arnett animal hospital for all my animals needs from now on. 5 stars all around overall experience, customer service and veterinarian care!!! The entire staff is great. Its comforting knowing there is a compassionate vet around whose first concern is your pets well being. Dr. Koc and his entire staff had great patience with my rescue dog who is fearful of strangers. Owning multiple dogs and working in the dog care industry I have dealt with my fair share of vets, hands down Arnett is the best.

3 yr old puppy slipped a disk and paralyzed himself about a year ago. We didnt know what was happening at the time and most places were closed, a friend recommended we come here. Exceptional service, great diagnostician. He was very calm and assuring, even though there was a very small chance of our puppy regaining sensitivity in his legs, hes actually walking now!
