We had been taking our 15 year old dog Timmy there for years. When Timmy had a stroke in August I called to try to get him in on that Saturday morning and they acted like I was asking for their first born child. Then when I realize timmy might not make it there from Evanston I called back and asked them to fax his info to a local vet and it took 3 calls before they woud do it. Timmy had to be put to sleep. When I called the clinic to let them know the girl actually said "well, what more do you want from us?" I will never go back there even though I like Dr. Christopolous, his staff is horrible. And if anyone ask I specifically tell people not to go there. We went there when all he had was a shelf of patient files, he hadnt been open very long and the service used to be great, but not anymore. The local vet that put Timmy down was more compassionate and the staff was supportive and even sent a condolecence card even though they were not our regular vet.

We brought our cat there for the first time after she stopped eating for 3 days. After spending almost $500 on useless tests, the doctor still did not know what was wrong with her. We had to ask for the antibacterial medication ourselves, which was also overpriced. My cat ended up fine after feeding her the pills, not that they cared or even called us to follow up. Overall a horrible experience, I felt like the staff was feeding off our sorrow and squeezing us for every penny we got. They do not offer payment plans like other places Ive been to, and wouldnt even let me go home to get more money. I have to overcharge my credit card so I could go home with the medication. Bullshit.

Not impressed at all. Front desk staff are not bubbly and happy, they all act and look miserable to be there. I have taken a few of my animals in there and every time it feels like I am walking into an office with a lot of tension. It is uncomfortable to go there. The only plus side is that they get you in and out (which can be good and bad since they dont want to get to know you or your animal). You are just a transaction to them. The actual veterinarians are nice but you dont deal with them as much as you deal with the front desk staff and technicians. If it wasnt so close to my house I would go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

I have no Idea where these two other people went to... as far as my Experiences, Aberdeen animal hospital is the best there is. We have had them taken care of the death of our dog, one major kidney surgery of another dog, Skin allergy etc. The doctor and the staff have always been very helpful and nice to us. I highly recommend it!

Excelent, careing and helpfull , have been bringing my dog there for 10+ years and nevver had an issue, other than my spelling, they take the time you need to understand what needs to be done and always explain the options. They are always careful and have had several major procedures done and all is well! thanks alot guys.

Best vet around! Dr.C is the best! His staff is awesome. I have been going there for forever! Love how he explains everything, they whole staff is very compassionate! If your looking for a vet. this is the place, you wont be disappointed!
