Brought my cat in and they did all the necessary vaccines/check up. I paid more out of pocket than it cost me to have my dog fixed at Spirit of 76th in West Allis! Then they told me to bring him in a few weeks later for his booster (also they told me he needs his vaccines yearly and a friend of mine that is a vet said they last 3 years, its the money they want) little did they tell me that they will also be charging me an extra $30 just to look at him. On top of that they wanted me to buy medicine and cleaner for his ears, another $60. Good thing I denied that because I know they were trying to get more money out of me when you can buy ear cleaning solutions under $10 at the pet store. How I know they ripped me off? Took my cat to another vet and they said his ears are fine. Spirit of 76th in West Allis is better by far. Cheaper, and my dog even likes the people there.

I got a great referral to come to this vet in particular and I havent wanted to go to another place once since coming here. They remember my husband, our pets, and myself by name. They let us know when theyll be running specials so we can get discount prices, and the people here actually care about what they do. The place is always clean, we havent had any bad enounters with other pets, and the vets actually take the time to listen to whats going on with our animal. Its hard to find a place like this in the in city in Milwaukee.

My dog developed a mass on her ear and a few other places that required surgery quickly. Dr. Mueller was able to fit her 3 hour surgery in the next day. The doctors appreciated my cost concerns and took a very balanced approach. The vet techs even let me borrow a charging cord for my phone because I needed to keep on top of other family issues.
