If you care about your animal(s) in any way shape or form, you wont take him or her anywhere near these crooked slobs. Their clinic and Marks behavior while performing surgery is so unsanitary that when I interned for them, I could scarcely watch. If youre animal has gotten exponentially sicker after seeing these cold indifferent people (indifferent, that is, only behind the scenes--when the poor creatures owner isnt around and no ones there to speak up for him or her), or a wound that needed stitches suddenly got infected and started festering right after seeing these vets, well now you know why. Mark and Mary Frautschy are so disorganized and sloppy and indifferent about their jobs, that after I sent in my complaint to the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services, they in turn conducted their own investigation that resulted in both Mary and Mark being required to take remedial courses and pay an additional fee of $500 each. Theyre obviously doing something not right when even in the case of them being aware of an official closely watching them, they still found a reason to get reprimanded. All in all, keep your animal away from this slophole, for his or her own sake!

Terrible I brought my cat here to find out why she wasnt eating or using the bathroom ,after I dropped her off there for an enema I was called and told to pick her up , she could at least walk when I dropped her off yet when i came to pick her up the doctor didnt even come out of back room to discuss the out come with me she passed messages back and forth thru the receptionist and it took them about 15 min to bring her out what were they doing to her .when I got home with my cat she immediately got worse couldnt walk at all and lay on my bed for 24 hrs suffering til I could find a vet to come to my home to euthanize her as she was in so much pain I couldnt pick her up this was after spending close to 500$ for what to say your cat is sick , they did say shed had a problem with her lungs but suggested nothing all I know is she was ill when I took her there and left her in their care now shes gone the day after b---------t !!

I have taken all of my pets to Layton Animal Hospital, from 1988 to current, I have had excellent service always, and when our 3 year old black lab was diagnosed with leukemia, Dr. Mark called me personally to give me the sad news, and you could hear the sadness and concern in his voice, he even followed up with the other medical facility we had to take Bear to. He and Missy have been wonderful to all of my pets, and my dogs are very comfortable there. They make every trip a pleasant experience and treat my dogs like they truly care about them. They always return my calls when I have a concern or question regarding their care. I would always recommend them, they also donated gift certificates to my cancer benefit back in 2013, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Love you guys!

caring staff and the veterinarian is wonderful with my dog and me also, love the attention and understanding they give ,knowledgeable, compassionate ,so glad I changed to them,they take excellent care of my friend,companion,and guardian angel,we are both very very Happy with the entire staff there !!

The vets are very loving, You can tell they care about your four legged family member, I have been going there since 1995. When I had to put down, oh how I hate those words, one of our cats they made the process a little less painful. They have become friends to me and my roommate.

They truly love animals and sometimes a cure can be simple as an over the counter medicine, common sense or prescription drugs for animals. Thanks to their concern and knowledge my 19+ year old dog is still going strong.
