I have a pat rat, named Stella, about 4 months old and she had an eye irritation. I woke up today and it was swollen shut and red and the whole side of her face was huge!!! Every place I called dismissed the urgency of the situation, probably because she is just a rat& on top of that each place told me my bill would be well over 100 dollars if I brought her in as an "emergency." But as soon as I called AMC they immediately understood the severity of the situation and sympathized for Stella. They told me to come right away. So I drove the half hour from my house to AMC. First of all I must say the place is beautiful more beautiful than doctors offices for human. Clean and beautiful was my first impression. Next the receptionists were soooo nice friendly and perky and nice. It was my first time there so they took my name and information (which only took them about a minute) & then immediately they took me in to the room cleaned Stella up and got her eye drops. They were kind quick and comforting. Also it was only 70 dollars. Might sound like a lot but it was well worth it. The best experience Ive ever had and I will continue to bring my pets here. I highly recommend AMC to anyone who wants the absolute best care for their pets

My dog was vaccinated at the clinic and got sick. I took him back 8 days later due to the holiday and they told me he got into cleaning supplies or something. I advised them no cleaners was in room where dog was housed. Paid another 223 bucks for them to check him and verify what I already knew. His blood work was good and he was dehydrated. After two days dog was still not eating and they told me it could not be due to vaccinations and I would need to pay again. Unbelievable If you care about your pets this is not the place to go!

I would like to thank Dr. Lantow for all he has done and keeps doing to help my chihuahua Bella. He is a very knowledgeable, caring doctor who treats both my baby and me with compassion and understanding. Weve had weekly conversations regarding Bellas condition and he always finds the time to listen to me and advise me regarding what to do next . Knowing that the doctor treating your pet cares as much as you do means soooo much! Thank you again, Dr. Lantow! You are the best!

I was really disappointed about that place.I have little chihuahua she did eat big cook bone they knew that she have no chance to survive they didnt let me know that , they charged for the surgery didnt call to let me kno after ,and after they cremated put wrong date on certificate of cremation it should be 1/3/17 they put on 1/3/14. I really dont think that they care about animals Will not go back.

Some of workers attitude are not acceptable, to bad since Dr. Garay was awesome .....Always a reason for not been on time with appointment... Will not return. ... For the management, here is an advice have your personal wear name tags ... Dont want to generalize bur I wish I knew this girl name so I can put a formal complaint with the manager. ...

Been bringing my dogs here for years and I absolutely love it cant see myself going anywhere else. The assistants are good most of the time some need to smile a bit more but overall its a great please. Top notch doctors and at the end of it all thats all that matters especially Dr Porcelli really does a outstanding job. Highly Recommend :-)

We love how they have been caring for our dog for the past eight years. Groomers, vets, and front desk alike always greet the big guy happily and were just as gracious with our shelter dog this past year. Because of these things our dogs love going to the vet and you cant ask for a friendlier or more reliable staff.

The most informative vet Ive ever been to. Took us quickly and diagnosed my dog. Dr. Porcelli explained everything to us and used a model to show us what he meant. Ive never had a visit to the vet be so reassuring and easy.
