Insensitive and did not listen. I called Dr. Rossi to euthanize my elderly cat. Dr. Rossi was cold and seemed impatient. She repeated told me to get a towel to lay him on in case he urinated while I insisted that it was fine if he urinated on his favorite blanket. She was also insistent that she notify my regular vet while I was telling her that it was not necessary, that I would prefer to notify them myself. I will never forgive myself for not just telling her to leave. I really wanted my boys last moments to be filled with love. I had called other mobile vets, but it was a Sunday and she was the only one that answered.

We recently found Dr. Rossi when we had to put our dog down. She was so gentle and had a very calming, unassuming, unpretentious way about her. Our dog usually hates vets, but he actually liked her a lot. Dr. Rossi come out to our house right away and was very helpful, explaining what was happening through every step of the way. I highly recommend her! She will be our vet from now on. Well never go back to bringing a pet to a clinic because it is so much nicer and less stressful for the pet to stay in the home.

Dr. Rossi is FANTASTIC! We were referred to Dr. Rossi when our dog was suffering from cancer and we wanted the comfort of at-home euthanasia. Dr. Rossi has a wonderful, calming way and explained everything that was happening at every step. Having her at our home was so much less stressful for both us and our sweet dog. Dr. Rossi was infinitely patient and caring. I give her the highest possible recommendation! She will definitely become our vet from now on.

Used Dr. Rossi to help a special cat leave for the rainbow bridge. Dr. Rossi was very kind, and empathetic with my mom and her cat at a very sad and difficult time. I am sorry for those who had a bad experience because I do know what that is like having worked with many vets over the years - but our experience was something we are grateful for.

Rude and insensitive Doctor Dr. Rossi made this already difficult choice even more difficult. Her rudeness and lack of empathy made putting our cat down made it a horrible day. It was a difficult choice to put down our cat and her lack of sympathy and understanding didnt help. Thank God we only had to deal with her for about 20 minutes.
