Well, they saved my dogs life once, and then 9 months later killed him. Franklin was a 5 year old Shi-poo. The first time we brought him here, he wasnt eating. Turns out he swallowed a peach seed. They performed an operation to remove it, and he recovered well. About 9 months later we brought him back with similar symptoms, we expressed that Franklin may have done the same thing again. We were re-assured that it was something else this time. He was given medicine and sent home. a week later he was getting worse, and we took him back. We again expressed that we think he swallowed something again. They kept him for 5 days, told us he was doing better and sent him home. When we got him we knew he wasnt eating and looked to be in worse shape then when we dropped him off. We took him to another vet that same day who told us in 5 minutes he had an obstruction from swallowing something large. Sadly at this time he was too weak for another operation, and we had to put him to sleep.

We took our 8-week old puppy in for an appointment with Dr. Gill. The dog had been having diarrhea since we got her. Not only did he ignore our questions and concerns, but had to ask his assistant at least three times during the appointment to remind him how old our dog was. We also got heartworms and parasites explained to us like we were 5 years old, and a corn-based IAMS puppy food pushed on us when we asked questions about a good quality food. What vet suggests a corn-based product as "good quality"?! Ridiculous. I guess they are not used to dealing with informed pet owners. Not only was the service poor - but he missed the condition that was causing her diarrhea - coccidia, which is EXTREMELY common and should have been caught. We had to hear the diagnosis a week later from the breeder when other pups from the same litter were sick. We are trying a different vet at this clinic, and will not return if the service is similar to our first visit.

Honestly customer service was great, people there are great, doctor did a good job, however, I was way overcharged. They saw me coming. My cat got a fish hook in his paw : ( . He had to be put down to have it removed and received antibiotics and pain medicine for the total of $325!!!!!!!!! I had to take him to a vet other than my own as all my doctors were in a meeting until the afternoon. When I called them to see how much they would have charged me and they replied est $80 surgery $30 office call and meds around $30 for a total of $140!!!!!! Twice of what they charged me, they ought to be ashamed of themselves ripping people off like that. The extra charges certainly dont go towards the decor!!! I am so disappointed that I will not come back and I recently acquired 2 of their patients which will now be going to my vet. In respect I will not list their name. I have 5 cats so it was a missed opportunity for you.

I brought my dog in because she was beginning to scratch alot and I knew it was not from fleas. The staff was very friendly and showed great concern for my pet. I am a new client and they had me complete all of the necessary forms. I completed the forms and was in a room with Dr. GIll within 10 minutes. The clinic was clean and bright. Dr. Gill examed my baby and explained the different types of allergies she may have. He explained that he can have an allergy test done or we can start with changing her food as food allergies are the most common. He also explained that between August and November dogs with environmental allergies have flare ups. He gave her an allergy injection and some medicine to take home. I immediately went and purchased grain free dog food and so far the itching has subsided and she is doing wonderdul. I will definitely recommend this veterinary clinic.

I took my bichon poodle here just for exam. Ask tons of questions because my baby was so skinny and basically I was told he was healthy plus I was doing fine. He is a good size and so on. The doctor ask me do I want dog(peanut) to get a rabies and nails trim. I told him I should check with the person that gave it to me because I dont know if they would affect in any type of way if he already had one so he was like no it would be okay; moreover, got the rabies shot and my baby nails trim. Took him the groomers next day right next to the vet clinic and she told me they didnt do a good job well I should get my money back. It was just $12 and I was just glad that I was told my baby was healthy and got his new fresh cut so I was so excited to him but my baby excitement definitely top mines cause was overrated

The convience of this location is what made me stop in to check out the staff (who are very knowledgeable and helpful.) Once I was given the info on all of the different services offered here I was fully able to appreciate this facility. My three pets receive top notch vetenery care at a very reasonable rate, theres a Vetenarian on staff to perform surgeries, and BEST of all they have two excellent groomers available in the same building!!!
