I gave 1 because there is no 0. This hospital is so bad and not passionate about the animals at all. They care more are charging you and getting money than whats best for your animals. I took my dog to get spayed and later she received lumps when i took her in they said she was fine but the lumps got bad and bloody. Then we took her in again and said if the doctor , any doctor could look at her and they said none were available. However, when they opened the door I saw a doctor standing right there with his legs crossed. Then we made an appointment since they were so "busy". We brought her in and the lumps were because of the stitches and she had pus coming out of the lumps. The day before when we were scheduling the appointment they said it would be around 35 dollars but then after the appointment it 119 but oh wait when they were fully done it was 180. They also said to come back in 2 weeks and i asked if the check up was free as it should be because we have the plan. They said it will as long as her stomach doeskin have anything wrong but if she does we will have to pay for the check up. So much for caring about the animals. At this point I hate all their services. They gave my what was 6 month old puppy a haircut and made her look like an old dog. The surgery gave her bumps and now what was my perfectly healthy puppy has to drink medication after medication. When I asked how I could cancel the plan they said call this number and do this and that but " they might charge you when you cancel". They are all for money. They will do anything for you to buy something or just pay. If you want your pet in a loving care where you know she is 100% safe and the employees care about her dont bring her to pet smart located in village crossing.

I put one star , because theres no option to put 0 star in this application. If you really love your pet I dont recommend you to take him/her to this location, specifically with Dr. Chai Wilensky. This is the most inhuman and not compassionate doctor I have met. My dog got a heatstroke and my husband took him to this hospital so his Dr (Dr. Wilensky) could see him. He was in an emergency and she just saw him and rejected him , saying that theres was nothing she could do and that there was not enough employees and they were booked with other appointments. She told my husband that she could not take care of him and that he had to go somewhere else , without even trying anything. By the time he took him to the other hospital , he was dead...hes heart stopped and he was not breathing anymore. They tried to revive him, but it was too late...hes brain was dead. In the other place , the doctors told us that if Dr. Wilensky would have done something , there was a chance for him to survive. She just needed to stabilize his heart and give him some medication...but she didnt , because she rather took care of the other appointments which in this case , she could just put them on hold while she took care of my dogs emergency. How could you do that to your own patient??? So...once again , dont recommend you to take your pets there!

I have been here twice with my GS puppy, Simba. He sees Dr. Markley, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. She is sweet with him and explains well any treatment plan or recommendation. I signed up for the puppy plan, because it will save me the stress and hassle, and I can take him in anytime for wellness visits which are completely covered under the plan. So far I am very satisfied and so is Simba.

Great deals on monthly memberships! Pets are always attended to with love and vets are very knawladgable and licensed properly. You get a great bargain for the price with the unlimited checkups...blood exams as well as shots and xrays. Great place

Good luck getting an appointment here. Even though the people that work here are very friendly they are so busy and overbooked that it’s just assembley line service.
