My personal experience? At approximately 1:20 this morning my 5 year old Husky/Shepherd mix began with consistent vomiting, pacing, and the inability to catch his breath. After attempting to contact several emergency vets (and getting the run around and 20 different phone numbers that led me nowhere), I ended up calling OGAH.I was then directed to the on call Vet, Dr. Turner (call #1 at 2:15am). After explaining to him my dogs symptoms he then told me to give my dog 2 Dramamine and keep an eye on him. Shortly after administering the Dramamine, my dog took a turn for the worst. His breathing became extremely labored, he had excessive panting, drooling, and was unable to lay down or get comfortable without having to get back up. I then called Dr. Turner again (call #2 at 3:34) practically begging him for help. He then informed me that I needed to contact my primary vet at their emergency number instead of calling him. He then proceeded to place me on hold. In that time while on hold, my dog died. At approximately 3:50 this morning, my baby took his last haggered breath and died. I felt his heart stop beating under my hand. At 4:06 am I called Dr. Turner one last time to info him my dog was gone. He gave me no apologies. He didnt even seem to care. At 3:50am my dog died of what we believe to be Bloat. Not once did Dr. Turner tell me to bring my dog in and he would help. My healthy dog died today in a matter of hours and he did nothing. My dog died in pain because he didnt wanna get outta bed. I was willing to do EVERYTHING possible to save the life of my pet. My family member. Dr. Turner. I hope you read this. I hope you realize that some people actually care about their pets. My dog died today, because of your carelessness.

After going to the vet clinic on post, this place is a breath of fresh air. They are never too busy and we are always seen within five minutes of walking through the door. The staff provides excellent customer service and I truly feel like they CARE about what they are doing, not just showing up for a paycheck. The vet tech we usually see is always super-patient with my overly-excited dogs and gives them treats after shots and temp checks. They are thorough yet quick, and you are never left waiting long for anything during an appointment. Both of my dogs got vaccinated yesterday and we were literally in and out within ten minutes. That is a first for me, and definitely a reason to go back again and again.

This vet is okay. CONS: They are SOO expensive! My dog actually got a little sicker on their treatment, took my dog to another vet and the other vet changed his meds and he is getting better in a matter of days. PROS: They answer your calls right away in emergency situation and will meet you right away. Easy to get your dog seen right away. The staff & vets are great with your animals and are very friendly. I would probaly recommend this vet clinic as a second choice or if you need to get a hold of the vet quick in an emergency situation.

An amazing Vet clinic that cares a lot about my pets and my concerns for my pets. I recently had to put my husky down because of complication which was a very emotional time for my whole family and they were very caring and considerate to our needs as well as the needs of my beloved husky. They even sent us a card that all the doctors signed, this meant a lot to us. Their prices are very reasonable and will tell you how much your bill will be if you call ahead. I recommend this vet clinic to everyone that owns a pet.

I had my 40 pound female husky spayed at Oak Grove. The customer service was excellent. Prior to the procedure, the vet performing the surgery went over any questions I had. I did not feel rushed at all. As soon as my dog was out of surgery, I was notified by phone. Her incision was clean and dry. She recovered normally with no complications. I am happy with the service I received and would recommend them to others.

Highly recommend this vet service to anyone in the area! They are able to get you in quickly, truly seem to care about my dog, and are reasonably priced and very up front about the cost of services so there are no surprises. My dog got neutered here and had to stay the night, I was very nervous but they made it easy and were so professional. I will definitely be bringing my other dog here as well!

Everyone is so friendly! Dr. Bell is the best vet Ive ever had. She even called to check on my kitty a week after her tail injury. Its always cheaper than I would expect it to be, and theyre gentle with my babies. I would definitely recommend taking your pets here.

The new front desk staff is rude, period. Will nickel and dime you to death. This place used to be great, not anymore, I am taking my business elsewhere where I dont have to pay for unneeded services and wont get an attitude every time I question a high bill.

They go above and beyond here. Couldnt get my cat to takes the meds he got which are pills and they let me bring him back as soon as I called to tell them and ended up giving him a shot of it instead. Probably couldnt force the pills down his throat either
