Very friendly staff! They were very gentle and caring with my pet, which is most important. Unfortunately, when I called to make the appointment I was given one price, and during the visit was given an amount triple that. The owners were nice enough to let us make payments, which we truly appreciated, so much! What was extremely frustrating was that my cat picked up fleas while in the office that day. Before we realized he had them, he had already shared them with our other 3 cats, one of which is elderly and has a flea allergy. The battle still rages to eradicate them completely. I know for a fact there were no fleas in my home prior to that visit. I also understand that a veterinary clinic cannot control animals being brought in with fleas. Some are brought for that very purpose. It still left a sour taste in our mouth. Ive never had that happen before.

I fostered my cat through Chicago pet rescue and ended up adopting her. We have brought her to this location through the rescue and after adoption for her spay. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, throurough and organized. I also enjoyed the informational posters hung up throughout their lobby.

Very picky with the vets we choose for our pets. We have been very happy with the service both in person and over the phone from here! Both trips have had quick diagnoses of one of our cats and a prescription that quickly resolved the issue.
