I have been to Eastview two out of the 3 visits that we have made to the vet since getting our baby, Sadie. She is a 9 week old Pomeranian, and the Eastview team makes us so happy with their excitement when we bring her in! We had an unpleasant experience at another vet- where we didnt feel as though the vet truly cared about our Sadie. She didnt check vitals or anything and held her for approximately 5 seconds and told us that her soft spot was water on the brain and that we should return her to the breeder we got her from. We were devastated. We decided to get another opinion, and boy am I glad we chose Eastview. My boyfriend and I had been up all night researching water on the brain and our Sadie was not showing any signs of water on the brain. I had googled other veterinarians in Clarksville and stumbled across Eastview. I called them right at 8 (when their normal business hours start) and asked many questions. In fact, I ended up speaking to the front desk 3 separate times that morning. Not once did anyone get frustrated or angry that I kept calling! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Due to their warm, welcoming voices over the phone, I decided that this was definitely where we needed to take our Sadie to get a second opinion. Upon entering Eastview, the staff at the desk was so friendly and helpful and they got us right in to see Dr. Acree. Dr. Acree is such a kind woman. She listened to our concerns and took a good look at Sadie, playing with her, checking her vitals and asking us questions about her personality and how she was doing. Dr. Acree came to the conclusion that Sadie did NOT have water on the brain and even had the other vets in the building take a look at her, just to be sure. Everyone there was so encouraging and even said that they wouldnt hesitate to keep Sadie if they were us. We took her back a week later for shots, and Dr. Acree was off. We worked with Dr. Loxley and he was nothing short of amazing. He took great care of our girl and reassured us, yet again that our Pomeranian is perfectly healthy and gave us some great tips on keeping her that way. We are so appreciative of the entire staff at Eastview Veterinary Clinic. We will never take Sadie to another vet for as long as we are in Clarksville. We sure have been spoiled by Eastview! I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!!

Cant say enough about Eastview . They are the best Veterinary Clinic in Clarksville. They are so wonderful with our English Bulldog Bravo, who just neutering him. Are baby in 2 days was up and running around, even when we try to keep him calm. I cannot tell you what wonderful care they gave Bravo my poor little English bulldog who is a big baby at times. Lol Recently I went there with a puppy who was not what I have bought online, it was supposed to be a dog to help me out. The owner who sold it to me is a puppy mill and sent me a dog I shouldnt of got. I cannot tell you how Eastwood Veterinary really was great to me. I was crying so hard I cannot tell you how emotional I was. The assistant handed me a box of tissues ,and really tried to calm me down. The vet I cannot say enough about him, I think I cried through the whole experience, but he treated me with such compassion and understanding. Even through all of this, I can say this wonderful veterinarian place really cared about me when they did not have to. This wonderful place gave me with the new puppy, coupons and also heartworm medication at no cost. I will not take my precious babies anywhere but this place. Are two babies are a little kids. Check this place out I promise you you will get great prices but very informative veterinarians and wonderful staff from the front desk to the assistant down to the veterinarians.

Dr Crow (and the whole clinic actually) has been absolutely incredible to work with. He was more than pleasant at 3am when I called him about my cat, came in to see her, worked miracles with her (she was very close to dying when I brought her in), and then gave me a discount because he knew what I was going through with her... twice! We have spent a lot of time there this past week, and every time Dr Crow and the rest of the staff have all been very pleasant, caring and attentive. I have been fortunate enough to call and speak to the Dr directly a number of times without any excessive wait, and he has actually requested that I call him to give him an update on how my cat is doing. Hes certainly the most compassionate vet I have ever come across. I have gotten better, more prompt, professional, caring and attentive service from this clinic that I ever have with any of the human doctors Ive seen, or than I would have ever anticipated. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, for any reason. PS.. Erin, I dont have a clue what youre talking about as far as money being a priority as this was certainly not the case in my experience. Medical treatments cannot be given for free, and shots do cost more than other forms of treatments. I hope your puppy is doing well.

I just LOVE this place! When dog ran away a while back, I came here and they were all so sincerely sympathetic and gave me all the info they could on options to help find her. Unfortunately I did not but they were very kind about the situation:-( I recently however just adopted a seven year old cocker spaniel that is very sweet but can be skittish and anxious when outside his comfort zone but he did great! I adopted him from the animal shelter so I had a voucher to just get his rabies shot but the vet did a full examination and even gave me a free tick and flea pill! My dog also does not liked to be picked up and can get aggressive but he was not at all with the vet and the assistant! My dog is also a little over weight and his owners I believe feed him a lot of table food and he wouldnt eat any of the different dog foods I brought him. The vet suggested Purina ProPlan and my dog loves it!!! The whole staff is so nice and helpful!

This is a great vet with good prices! I called the vet office and explained to them I was new to the area and looking for a vet to take my sick dog to and get a second opinion. The first vet I took my dog to charged a lot and my dog was even sicker a week later. When I first called the office they put me on the line right away with the actual Vet (Dr. Crow), and he listened patiently and answered all my questions. I was so impressed that I was able to speak to the vet right away and my dog was not even a patient yet! Anyways, I took my dog in to see Dr. Crow after speaking with him on the phone and he was great. He changed my dogs meds and he is now recovering well. Dr. crow also worked with me on expenses and even asked that I call him 4 days later to tell him how my dog was doing. He truly cares for the animals and not just the money. I wish I would of took my dog to him the first time around. I would highly recommend this Vet.
