This office will nickle and dime you - - - Check your bill CAREFULLY before you leave the clinic. They charged me for a procedure I did NOT consent to. When I returned to the clinic on the next business day I felt the receptionist was incredibly rude and hostile. She made it perfectly clear that she was not willing to let me speak with the owner regarding the matter. In the end I did get my money back but I will NOT be returning to this clinic based on the business practices of charging money for unauthorized procedures and the "friendliness" (or lack thereof) the office staff. Our experience with this office was on a Friday night - we had a 5:30 appointment to pick up our pet who was dropped off earlier in the day for a procedure. Upon arrival we waited at least 15 minutes before we were informed that they were running behind schedule and our wait would be 30-45 minutes. On 2 separate occasions the receptionists offered to check us out and let us take our dog home without meeting with the vet. Sorry but if I am paying a $45 exam fee I expect to meet with the vet face to face! By the time we checked out it was 6:57 PM - keep in mind my dog was dropped off at 7:30 AM!

Ive stopped in a few times before making an appointment for my little love Walter. The first time, I stopped in for heart worm preventative meds and to get info on what the office offers, another was to buy dog food which is MUCH cheaper than what I was paying at Tractor Supply, and the third was today 7/9/15- this time w/ Walter in tow. Walter, who is a year old, was due for his vaccines and an overall wellness exam. The vet named Alicia Wagoner and her assistant handled Walter with care and he really seemed to not mind having his temperature taken or his shots. He received his rabies which is good for 3 years, Bordetella, and distemper/parvo combo. Since this was his first visit, we received 10% off and I had a coupon for $5.00 off his food. The vaccines cost $25-$27.00 and the exam w/ vaccines costs $43.50. Tammie at the front desk knows her stuff and the entire staff seems to care about their job of caring for our little loves.

I had a great experience here. Very down to earth and practical. Dr. Wagner did not want to do unnecessary & expensive tests. She did not try to push or sell anything excessive or not needed. A stark contrast to my last Vet. All the employees are friendly and great. I wasnt sure how much everything would cost and in a financial tight spot right now, It was such a relief that they would work with me on paying the bill. ANOTHER stark contrast to my last vet. I think I will bring my cat in here for the rest of his life!!

What I like most about Westuck is the people who work there. They are all highly knowledgeable and my dog has always received quality care. But its more than that, its the way they treat my dog and love on her while treating her. She loves going to the vet and walks in the door with her tail wagging. I have to say my favorite person is the secretary. Even on days shes really busy, she makes everyone who walks through the door feel important. I highly recommend Westuck.

My name is Liz Avery. Since I started taking my Sweetpea there, there is no other place Id rather go to. I have been elsewhere but was not happy. I love both doctors but usually see doctor Wagner. I love the staff there, and Ms. Tammy will remember you by your second visit. They all show so much compassion and truly care about you and your pets. They have gone out of their way for me and my babies. I love each and everyone of the ladies there. Thank God for them.

I have been taking my pets to Westuck for a few years. They have never been uncaring or unprofessional. They care about both Harley ( the cat ) and Zoey ( my dog ) very much. They listen, answer questions, and are very patient with the parents of pets. They are never in a rush to "get it over with for the day". Everyone, including the front desk, are very friendly and very tolerant of unfriendly and rude pet parents. Thank you Westuck for the great service you do.

I love everything about this Veterinary clinic. The staff are true animal lovers and are always willing to take the time to explain each and every little thing thoroughly. They truly want the best for my pets and are always willing to go the extra mile. Dr Alicia Wagoner is one of the best Vets out there!! Had an abused pitbull rescue that was very protective of me. This wonderful staff worked with me and the dog to find the best relationship. A muzzle was called a "party hat"... Instantly made me feel better. They offered to have him come visit just to understand they were there to help him, not harm. Recommend them to everyone, including all my tenants who have animals. Great vet, great staff!

I love my vet! Westuck is the best place to take your pet. I am not Bryan, I am his mother and I have been taking my pets to Westuck for over 20 yrs. and I have never had a bad experience. They are professional, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, courteous, and very reasonably priced. They truly love animals and it shows. I truly would not take my pets anywhere else!

My dog received a very serious diagnosis and in my opinion everyone in this practice, from the doctors to the secretary, have gone above and beyond to provide my dog with the best care available as well as providing comfort to me as a dog mom. ive been taking my animals here for over 12 yrs. the staff and drs are very friendly and knowledgable. one dog has hip displasia n allergies. another had heart failure n pulminary edema. they work w me on pymnts n allowing me alturnatives to buying their meds. my animals love them.
