I have been going here for years and I honestly cant tell you if the receptionist changes. What I do know is that I walk in, sign my name, and while I write my co-pay they grab my file. I have a seat and usually within 5 minutes I am back in an examination room. They have never had any difficulty getting me in for an emergency. Usually that day or the next. (Face it- if its really an emergency you do to a whole different place...) I have never had them mess up my paperwork or my moms or my familys. When I needed help and advice in dealing with my mothers Alzheimers Disease, Dr. Pirozzi took a lot of time to help me sort through the options to keep my mom safe and happy. Now I usually see Dr. Goldman. She brings the correct balance of concern and shrug for my personality. I have also dealt with Dr. Cochran who is their gerontologist. No complaints there, either. I cant imagine going to a physicians office for years and giving it a low rating. I would think you might want to change doctors?

Complete incompetence in the front office. I have been going here for years and the receptionist are never the same twice. When they took my appointment (which I had to wait a month and a half for) they spelled my name wrong even though it was repeated back at the time. So a month and a half later I show up and they are aware that they made an error, yet they still want me to fill out new patient paperwork. The only time I ever had to make an emergency visit (because of illness) I had to wait 2 days to get in only to have them call and cancel that appointment on the morning I was supposed to be there due to weather. I drive right by the building on my way to work that morning and I work 30 miles beyond it.

Veronica needs to be fired I pray everytime I call she doesnt answer one time I had a bad reaction to a medicine that was making all my muscles in my body sore and she clearly wasnt listening to me and told me if the pain persist to gargle with salt water ! I was livid . Just now I called and of course I got her and advised her that I found a specialist that they referred me to see but they wont see me unless the dr office sends the referral paper over and she asked me well am I supposed to just figure what paper that might be ? Are you kidding me it should be I. My notes in the system why would anyone let her work there when shes asking patients how to do her job.

They are a piss poor medical office. Recently out of the Marine Corps and still in the inactive reserve and I got Orders to attend a Muster. They refused to help me with a form I was to have signed by a doctor (medical history) for the muster I was to attend. Its not like they had anything that they had to do other than sign it. The directions on the form even clearly stated that I was to fill out the whole thing and then take it to a physician to sign it. They obviously do not support military. I will never refer them to anyone and I will always be very honest about they do not support troops.

I love my doctor but Veronica has to go. She gets worse every time I call there. It took me a week to get a prescription refilled because she mixed my name up with another patient. She even called me and asked for the other patient by name. Isnt that a violation of HIPPA? I called for a refill for my son and she said that he had to come in and fill out a new patient form because Dr. Prozzie left the practice. They better keep an eye on this one. She seems to be dangerous in dealing with peoples health.

This has been my doctors office since I was in elementary school. I am sad to say that as an adult patient, I have never been treated so poorly by the front office staff. It is a shame because my doctor is such a kind and capable physician, but I may transfer soon because I am weary of being treated in this manner.

I love Dr. Benson...but the front desk is not very friendly. I called to get a prescription refilled early in the morning and i just called late in the afternoon to check on the prescription and one of the receptionist (Kelly) was very rude to me both times.
