Hes a great listener and seems engaged and caring. He smells like laundry detergent and there are fragrances in the office, though, so I wouldnt recommend him for anyone with chemical sensitivities. His first language is Spanish, so hed be great for any spanish-speaker who might prefer to converse in spanish. His English is just fine, although his accent is a little thick. Hes really sweet and seems to know his stuff.
