Every time I go to this office for a set appointment I have to wait over an hour or longer to see the doctor. I have panic attacks and being around a lot of people is a trigger that sets these attacks off. I have been going there for almost two years now (complaining each and every time) and I have attacks in there office, and they still have not changed their procedures or policies. Today was my last day going there because of the way I was treated. I showed up with horrible pain in my legs due to muscle spasms that I suffer from because of either medication or the spinal injury that I have. Im standing in line waiting to sign in and a woman was trying to push past the woman in front of me, the lady was Spanish. The office clerk also speaks Spanish, therefore she said something in Spanish to the woman but she did not go into the back of the "line". When the office lady was done helping with the woman in front of me, I stepped forward and the lady still stood there. The office lady was doing some work on the computer and didnt say anything for a good minute or so. She then proceeded to help the pushy lady without even glancing at me. I gave the office lady a look like wtf. She then told me that I didnt understand what was going on, as if I was not standing there before. I was upset but I dropped it. I explained to the lady that I have anxiety and cannot sit in wait for an hour or better. She said that shed tell the nurse. I updated some information, and told her again please dont have me in here for an hour, she said thats why I said Ill let the nurse know. I said thank you and sat down. I arrived maybe a minute later but it was five mins after my appointment time when I say down. I sat for an hour and five minutes and then asked to cancel apt, and to speak to the office manager, the other front desk lady said that i was next blah blah, I was frustrated so I was not pleasant to the other office lady and she pointed out that I was not pleasant. I told her I know it isnt here fault but I have a right to be upset and she just kept telling me that as if I was yelling at her. I just sat and waited the next five minutes and nothing. I walked back up to the desk and cancelled my appointment and requested a meeting to talk to the office manager. The office manager didnt have time to do a meeting, so i just started telling her my experience. She kept interrupting what I was telling her, so she could deny what I was telling her about her staff. The staff member I had the problem with began denying me and both then started telling me that I was lying. after all that the office manager refused to answer questions about a records transfer that i requested months ago from other doctors. I told them to take me off of their current patient list and walked out. I did have a problem and blew up on one office lady prior to todays visit because i had been waiting for an hour and a fourty five minutes to be called to see the doctor. I screamed at this lady ( I was having an anxiety attack) because when I asked her why they made appointments if they werent going to honor the time promised for such appointment, she blew me off. "Oh oh, Im sorry." Her tone and less regard for my complaint threw me over that little edge I was hanging on to. I have filed a greveance, but not about the doctor. Its a shame that I cant continue to see her because her office staffs lack of timelines, courtesy, and professionalism. I recommend that you stay far far away if you have anxiety attacks or mental illnesses and cant do long waiting around a bunch of people.

I never have been so mistreated by staff as in this location. Numerous times Ive visited and was asked to pay the copay, which I do not have to pay because I have met my copay max. Thats how many times I must have been seen to get my treatments under control. If I go nothing will come out of pocket the rest of the year. But I do lose pay and my time, for visiting this office. My medicine refill requests go unanswered for weeks. I am off the meds. During this delay, mind you. I called them this time to put a rush on the delay again. I was totally out of medicine again. I spoke to the nurse in charge of refill requests. She held the medicine request until I made an appt with their office. This procedure will cost the life of someone who is not being medicated when they should be. I am out of control now, because my body is not getting its medication , I have been receiving for twenty years, as I write this response. It takes weeks to answer a fax from my pharmacy, but as soon as I got off the phone with the nurse she immediately called the pharmacy to deny the refill. I told them I was not going to make an appointment right now I need my medication refilled and thats what Im calling for. Since I did not make an appointment I was denied what their doctor recommended me to use. Now my blood pressure is never going to be cured over night, nor will my thyroid problem be, as was put by my physician, cured. It will need meds. for life. So my question is am I cured now. Just because I dont want to make an appointment, and this office will continue to put its patients against the wall and continue to forcefully rob us into doing things unnecessary to my health. Why force me to make appointments every month when the same results will always prevail. I need medication to maintain a certain level. I work for a living and dont WANT to waist time, going to doctors so close together when it could be done in my opinion in a bigger window( space between visits) for follow ups. I lose money when Im not at work, and need to do what I have to do to make sure my health and work time is balenced for my life style. Ill be letting other people run my life like this office is trying to do forcefully. They take weeks to answer pharmacy faxes for medication updates but because I put the nurse in her place and reminded her that its my time I am controlling not her. She made it personal and called my pharmacy Before I even got off the phone with this office as I was driving home. Before I got off the exit of the expressway my pharmacy called to tell me they got word from the doctors office and medication refill is denied. Seconds I got off the phone with this office. I will not be going back here EVER hope you too will stay clear of this office too. Thats why I am writing this post, to warn people and this office that someone will die because of this treatment. Hopefully it wont be me nor you. I have never written a review of any place, because my time is limited, but this review needs to be written to let the public know of wrongs when wrongs are commited.

My first time going here I waited two hours after my appointment time to be seen by my doctor - who was late - for 5 minutes because she rushed through the appointment, which they said I didnt have. Making an appointment on the website never works. Youll get to the place and will either be turned away and told to make an appointment or have to wait a few hours. Ive seen it happening while waiting past my own appointment times or waiting to check out. Expect a lot of waiting in this place. Ive never been able to get anyone on the phone, the voicemail is always full, and the only way to ever get anything done or a question answered is to go there and stand in the line for an hour and talk to someone face to face. Also, standing in line isnt reliable either, Ive done it and had the receptionist I was waiting for clock out and leave when I got to her at the counter, so her whole line had to shift over and join another. I havent even mentioned the miscommunications with my insurance. Ive had to reschedule a specialist appointment that I had to book a month in advance the day before the appointment because my insurance company received incomplete information and then was unable to get in contact with my primary care to complete the authorization. This office is horrible.
