The only reason Im giving one star is because this review system forces you to give atleast one. Dr.Robinson and his staff are incompetent and unprofessional to say the very least. I am a registered nurse from a cardio vascular intensive care unit, and my mother visited Dr.Robinson and was referred for an EKG. After waiting WEEKS to get the results she called the office only to have the rude Theresa tell her merely that her results were "abnormal" and there was "an enlargement on the left side of the heart" she then declined to elaborate and would not put the physician on the phone to further describe any of the results . We are unclear as to what exactly the results are and are now stuck waiting for these incompetent boobs to send the results to yet another cardiologist that WILL actually review the results with my mother. Unreal. Incompetent and negligent .

Amazing Staff, make Mondello Family Clinic, the best medical Doctor and Center, I have had to pleasure to experience. I truly feel like the Staff there, care about me as a Person first and foremost, and my Medical Issues second. That is refreshing, and most of all, reassuring. I suffer from 2 painful diseases, that will never be cured. Every single time I visit with Dr. Mondello and his Staff, they are nothing but helpful, and kind, and treat me with respect and dignity. That is what the heart of medicine is about. The Patients well being, and health. Not all my Doctors are this way. I only hope that someday others can be as pleased and satisfied with the care they seek and need. I would suggest Dr. Mondello, as your Family Physician. The way Doctors Offices should be. Very Happy with MFC in Dundee, and the Frostproof Office as well.

I trust Dr. Robinson and Mondello with my life. They take their time and really pay attention. I have Parkinsons, it is a challenge in care. I feel very safe with my doctors. I read in these reviews some people where upset because they had to wait one time. I never mind the seldom wait because I know my doctors, and theyre always on the run. If they are running a few minutes late its because theyre answering somebodys questions. Somebody like me. Love my Doctors and the staff!

3 months and still havent received 2 referrals, I go 5 hrs without eating or drinking anything and get to the lab and there isnt a order. Now Im in pain and have been waiting on a different referral for 4 days , not to mention they call in 1 out of 3 rx, and i call and leave messages but they never return my phone calls, I would not recommend. That place is like a 3 ring circus,

I love Dr. Robinson! I think hes an amazing physician! He always helps me in anyway that he can, and finds solutions to whatever issue I may have! The wait can be a little long at times, however, in my opinion I think its definitely worth it! I also love all the ladies in the front office! Theyre wonderful!

My first visit today. Quickly greeted when i went to the window, after filling out the initial paperwork minimal wait time to be called back. Minimal wait time to see the dr as well. He addressed my concerns and validated them. Will definitely return and highly recommend him.

It has been horrible service from waiting well over 3 hours to be seen, to having respect and being treated poorly by the doctor. The doctor does not seem to know what hes doing or cares not. He constantly shows up whenever he feels like it. This is terrible service.
