Had a horrible, horrible, horrible experience with Dr. Pruthi. In my opinion, you want a good pediatrician for your kid? One who ACTUALLY checks your baby over and ... Lets see the word Im looking for ... Oh .. yes ... CARES .. then go elsewhere. My son was taken by ambulance to Nemours Children Hospital one night after puking blood on me because of having pyloric stenosis. Which we didnt find out till he was in Orlando at the childrens hospital. Something his pediatrician at the time could have diagnosed him with and we could have taken care of this sooner. Now, I drive 35 minutes away to a pediatrician and a clinic who cares.

The Dr is so nice! My kids really like him and he makes sure to thurouly examine them and make sure the parents are at ease! Im not sure why some people say the staff is rude. Ive never noticed them being rude before! They even remember my kids names when I call them and let them know Ill be bringing them in for a walk in visit, and we have only been there 3x so far! Im really glad I chose this dr to be my childrens new pediatrician when we moved here! Everybody is amazing!

Friendly staff and clean office. The best pediatrician in Polk county. Dr. Pruthi is fabulous with children. He makes them feel comfortable with his joking around and interacting with them. Disney on the TVs ..a play table area. He knows his medicine. My children and grand child go there. I highly recommend this doctor. He is the best. Although they do have walk-ins...I recommend making an appointment as they are always busy and have a full waiting room.

Unfriendly staff and i waited an hour and a half before we seen the doctor......*updating my review *.. the doctor was very friendly and interacted very well with my children to make them comfortable . The wait was long but the doctor did his job well.. I will be staying .besides the staff and wait time I will give them 4 stars .

I just recently started taking the kids here. LOVE IT clean, friendly, always have Disney going nice childrens play/wait area. Staff are great and doc is excellent! Even for a walk in I was seen pretty fast along with the other scheduled appointments. Thank you for being a great doctors office.

The place is very clean and the doctor awesome. My main complaint is the wait time. I arrived 15 minutes early for my daughters 9 am appointment. At 10:00 we were still waiting to see the doctor! So as long as you know appointments mean nothing then you will be just fine!!

Dr Pruthi is great my kids love him, i would hate to change their Dr but i think that would be my next step due to the RUDE little girls he got working in the front.I gave 3 stars not because of him because like i said hes great but because of the 2 Rude girls in the front!

Dr. Pruthi is a good doctor. Unfortunately, the staff there is lacking and needs training. Some bed side manners would help as well. Poor attitudes and not very knowledgeable.
