The entire business lacks attention to detail or a genuine care for its initial services. There are two addresses, the false one is down the street with dr. Sutters name on the sign. Extremely annoying. The actual location is filthy and disgusting. There was a French fry under a seat in front of me. I think it had gone bad and I was not even sure that could happen. The receptionist, who just may be the worst person ever, has no idea about guest service. She does not greet, or explain any procedures. As my first time at a location, I expect at least a hello. She was rude on the phone and cold in person. We waited for 15 mins without a single word to us. We were the only people there. After we discussed it and decided this is not where we want to do prenatal care, we left. I opened the door and yelled to dr. Sutter that we are leaving. That receptionist replied ok. So condescending like. I.said the service here is terrible. She replied ok. So bad. I was supposed to get my first ultra sound today! You guys are terrible. The clock was 15 mins fast and your sanitizer was empty. Ugh!

He delivered all my nieces and nephews ! And they are healrhy and beautiful as eveeeer. I Absoulty love him. Very good doctor. Also well be delivering mine in November . :) best doctor ever.

I have had Dr.Sutter for many years he is a awesome Dr.he even called me at home before a major surgery you dont find to many doctors like that and I recommend him to everyone.

Never had any negative experience with Dr Sutter or his assistant. Theyre the best! I wouldnt trust anyone else, period and I would recommend him to anyone needing an OB!!
