Doctor Murry Langfitt is a true professional man. He knows his profession and recommends what needs to be done if there is an issue. He cares and his staff is truly there to help you, the patient. The Borland Groover Clinics staff or associates checking you in are a tad non-helpful or non caring..... rude; once you get to the nursing staff checking in for your procedure in the back its GREAT you know they care. Dr. Langfitt is an amazing doctor and did what he said he would do in my particular situation. The reason I give the 5 star is for him and Shari and the wonderful nurses once you were being prepped. The check in folks with Borland Groover need customer service training and an 1 rating. Thanks Dr Langditt and Shari.

I had a awful experience from the no greeting at the front desk, till the women dr who was so cold and didnt even greet me when she came in she just said whats going on a nice hello as a new patient would of been nice then at check out I didnt get a hello just a " its 15 today" no goodbye nothing awful service from a medical practice not worth the long drive i made and never will go there again you shouldnt go to this location.

I had a great experience with my colonoscopy recently. My doctor was very thorough in answering all of my questions and explaining the procedure. My nurses were kind and gentle, and kept me warm and comfortable. I was sedated but never felt ill afterward, and I recovered immediately and went home without any side effects or discomfort. What a professional organization and a beautiful facility. Thanks, BG for your care!

Had an upper and lower GI procedure performed on 21 November 2016 @ 10AM at the Belfort location. Dr. Scott Cooper and his nursing staff were great. Very clean location. Everyone was very nice and respectful. A special SHOUTOUT to Donna, the Nurse Anaesthetist. You were OUTSTANDING. I would go through this all over again to spend 5 more minutes with you. You were very compassionate. Thanks again. Dave

MINUS 10 stars! An unethical establishment. The woman at the front desk doesnt speak English very well, or have adequate math skills. The doctor I saw (Sanchez) was not very friendly or seem to have much caring. Diana in billing needs people skills coaching.
