Today I finally got a filling in my front tooth that Ive been dying to get for quite some time now I absolutely love love love it the dentist who did it is amazing hes done a few things for me pull some teeth hes just very professional and whoever his assistant was today for my filling at 3 oclock this is Katie Ketchen she was great very professional great at her job and we were actually from my mouth being wide-open we were actually laughing without it interrupting the work so they just all in all make you feel very comfortable. As well as the people at the front desk all of them that I have dealt with are all great Id say you guys have a great staff I lived in California for almost 9 years and so I didnt really keep up on my mouth as much as I should have because I didnt have insurance and Dr. Dental on Lincoln Avenue has been absolutely amazing about everything. I mean my sister and I try to book appointments at the same time or as close as possible on the same day because we take care of my grandmother with Alzheimers at our home actually she is the reason why we moved home to live with and help her and my sister has a 2 1/2-year-old daughter so we try to go together so then we know whoever has to come Over to be with/watch my Alzheimers grandmother and my niece at home its only one day you know One day for a couple hours to sit here with my niece and my grandmother just makes it easier on everybody and your staff at the front are amazing in helping us do this and really go out of there way to help us. So it basically a bunch of things everything really, but all in all Im not going anywhere anytime soon. and I truly truly appreciate it feel comfortable every phone call I get from you from the moment I walk in the door till the moment I leave. So seriously thank you all so much!

I have to say that I was skeptical of a dentist in a strip mall, but after walking in to inquire about a teeth whiting program, the staff was warm and friendly. Having not been to a dentist in 18 years, I explained that I was being married and this had slipped my mind as a "to-do" on the checklist, and they were able to see me the same day, later in the evening. Absolutely great staff, especially Edysleida and Dr. Peter...got me in, relaxed, and a painless cleaning. Id highly recommend to anyone as this was the first time I can say that the people actually had a passion for what they do, with an equal level of compassion for those who have experienced a bad dental visit in their past.

Ive been to a lot of dentists in my day. Their offices have ranged from being not so wonderful to wonderful. However these people are perhaps the best in the industry. I have never met a more dedicated staff. They go out of their way to accommodate. If we have an issue with scheduling, then they help us. If we have questions inside the office or outside the office, then they answer them promptly. They always give us reminders about when our appointments are in many different formats. I just cant say enough good things about them. However, the best part about them is that they dont treat you like a number in the system, they treat you like an actual human being that theyre friends with.

This office is great. Very kind and courteous service, everyone is professional there. You know exactly what to expect if you need to have any additional work done. They will give you a printout of any charges for upcoming procedures. You can even apply for credit for services that are rather pricey like root canals, crowns or any other type of services. Awesome place to go, I highly recommended them!! I have been going to them for a few years now. I know some of them by their first names. Its a place you can actually feel good about going there .... even if it is a dentist office. Great people/great Dentistry/great assistants!

I went to the office extremely anxious. The entire staff helped ease my condition with their friendly and professional approach and demeanor both before and after my actual examination. I had two procedures done while there on my follow-up visit, a simple filling and an extraction. Both of these were accomplished rather quickly, thoroughly and painlessly! I cannot speak highly enough for the entire staff within the Rivers Edge office of Dr. Dental. "BRAVO" to all.

This Dentist and his crew are the best in the whole wide world!! I called them and they took in me within two hours. I got there as a new patient and they treated me like they have known me in a long time. The Dr spent time describing to me what was going on with my tooth and helped me to my satisfaction. If you are looking for the best dentist, you have to go to Dr Dentist in Haverhill. I highly recommend this guy!!!!

And the doctor is I call a neighbor, meaning Iam very satisfied with his recommendations, personality most of all professionalism. I had a very good experience today .....i was terrified of the dentist and even more so when i found out i needed a tooth extraction. The manager at this location is extremely calming and very hands on. The dentist. ... Was also very calm and friendly and made me feel much more secure with my situation. They took excellent care of me and i would recommend them to others.

Awesome experience! The staff was very courteous and I had minimal waiting time. The dental hygienist was very polite and did an axceklent job with my teeth. Dr.Patel, did an excellent job explaining to me exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for with my examination. Highly recommend this office.. See you in 6 months, oh and they have the newest equipment

My 15 year old daughter just had a filling and described it as the best filling she had ever had! She said there was no pain, didnt even feel the novacaine shot, he was extremely gentle dentist and no waiting. What 15 year old says that after a filling!!
