14 office visits for a root canal. First attempt sent me to ER with a 101 degree temperature. Could not get an appointment for 3 days. Replaced post 2 more times within a year, third one just fell out. Two more appointments later they still want more money to do an implant, I declined. Met with Dr. Mohammad Shurbaji, he offered me a refund, I have yet to see any money. I have called several times and keep getting the run around. Krista Pauly did the surgery, DO NOT GO TO HER or that office !!!!!Advanced Dental Norwood update: Sound of silence. Still trying to contact Kelli (last name not provided) office manager. She has been at lunch for 3 days, last attempted contact 6/7/17 @ 3:29pm. Ironically they solicited a Google review, obviously they have contacted legal hoping Ill be duped into making some unsubstantiated inflammatory remark that they can leverage against me. I informed them that I have indeed posted a google review as well as Yelp and BBB. Sorry, not biting on this one, Ill be more than happy to discuss my case with any medical professional, attorney or media outlet. Update: Finally got a refund for the money I paid out of pocket for my botched root canal - I also have an estimate from another Dentist. What remains of the tooth has to be removed. Bone graft and implant to follow, my refund will cover that portion. The abutment and crown will cost an additional $ 2200.00 from me, yeh, thats right. Better Call Saul - Do not go to this office for anything more complicated than a simple cleaning !!!!

I have been coming here for about a year now. I have had 9 visits so far ranging from routine cleanings to a root canal. My son has also had fillings here as a toddler. Dr. Krista Pauly has overseen all of this and always does a fabulous job. Shes is always very kind and cordial. She regularly checks on your comfortability and makes sure you are well informed of all procedures. I usually have my cleanings done by Ernistina whos is always friendly and has that gentle motherly touch when working with my son. They work hard on making sure all appointments are seen on time here. This actually means a lot to me as sometimes I crunch dental appointments around lunch breaks or in between meetings. Some of the assistance I have had work with Dr. Pauly were Lee Ann and Priscilla. They are just as knowledgeable as the Doc herself and you can tell they actually love their work. They even carry conversations that make me feel comfortable and let the time go by rather than just silently work on me like Im a broken appliance on a workbench. Ill keep coming for all my dental needs as long as this team is here. Also parking is plentiful and free as there is a lot next to the building.

I would like to inform all who care to find the perfect dentist experience that if you go to Advanced dental in Norwood Ma you will find what your looking for. I have been going to Advanced dental for months now and i have never had a better experience in my life at the dentist! Dr. Polly and Ms. Priscilla have taken such good care of me without having to worry about pain or anxiety, the end result of the work they perform is incomparable. I recommend to all who read this to change your dentist to Advanced dental immediately. From setting up the appointment to the time I left I felt really comfortable and happy with the service at Advanced Dental. Lindsay had put me on a waiting list and was amazing at getting back to me as soon as a spot opened for a cleaning. When I arrived she greeted me with a smile and introduced me to everyone who would be taking care of me. After my cleaning and X-rays(it was my first time there), Dr.Shurbaji came in and introduced himself, which made me feel like the staff really cared about me as a client. Overall I had a great experience, and the staff was stellar.

Dr. Shurbaji and his staff have been very, very helpful to me since Ive stopped by the Norwood office 5 months ago. They have taken me through a wide array of procedures step by step and have been focused on giving me a healthy smile, with little to no pain. If I had known that dentistry was as gentle as they have made it, i wouldve been a patient years earlier. I recommend everyone who has put off getting a good smile or easing dental pain to stop on by. They will go over a plan to make you the best you that can be while being careful to work within your finances.

Customers Beware. You are quoted one price when making the appointment, then another when services are done. I scheduled a cleaning $145. When I arrived they did a cleaning, xrays and I was seen by the dentist. The charge was over $225!!!! Which I found out when leaving and had to pay. All the receptionist could say was sorry. This happened at the end of June. To this day I have NEVER received a phone call about being overcharged. I would never go back, and go out of my way to tell everyone about my experience.

My experience here has been like no other dental office, the stuff and dentists are the friendliest around. Best dental experience hands down!! The staff are so friendly and professional, eased my nerves immediately upon entering the office. Ashley at the front desk in particular..she informed me of everything I needed to know about my procedure, as well as made me laugh with her bubbly personality and contagious smile. Jessica did a deep cleaning, honestly it wasnt any different than a normal cleaning. She was kind and gentle. Taking care of your dental needs is much more important than any fear you may have of the dentist... Just do it, you wont regret taking care of your mouth. Youll regret not doing it when your teeth start falling out.

I love Advanced Dental Centers. Ive been going there for a couple of years now. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed just as you walk in the door. They also explain all the procedures for you. Just had two separate procedures done. Dr. Pauly and Priscilla are fantastic!

I went in last week for my first cleaning in years partly because of the fear of being in the chair. However, right from the start the staff was amazing and welcoming. Jessica my hygienist was so caring and calming! I know Ill be coming back in 6 months! Thank you.
