Dr. Nooruddin Pradhan accepted the bulk of the cost of braces upfront and left the treatment process unfinished to move permanently to the U.S. We were told that he was going to the U.S. for 1-2 months and would be back to complete the remainder of the treatment -- lo and behold, he never returned and his clinic never gave a good answer about why we were lied to and left in the hands of incompetent dentists substituting for him. I believe he is a good dentist in terms of competence, but his conduct years go was distasteful and downright unethical. He had planned on relocating all along - instead of letting us know about it when we first showed up to get braces, he took the $$ and disappeared a few months later. We were fooled by his charm.

This place is Amazing!!!!! They have created a very child friendly atmosphere. My daughter hates the doctors but was excited to back here after her 1st Vivian. They are very informative and technology friendly. They have an patient app you can use. The only dentist I will bring my children too. They are able to accommodate children who are scared and have difficulties and challenges at doctors offices.

My kid (5 year old male) loves it here. First time we went was just to check the place out and make an appointment. He couldnt wait to come back! When we did, he watched the little mermaid while the dentist did an extensive check up and treatment of his teeth. When he was done, I said "hey, so that wasnt too bad, huh"? My kid just looks at me like Im crazy and says," yeah. When can we come back"?

Dr. Pradhan has been taking care of my daughter for the last 5 years and he has been doing an amazing job with her teeth. Currently she is going thru braces process and the whole process has been very comfortable for us.
