it was terrible ,i went there for a flu ,there was no patient in waiting room the front desk told me they accept my insurance and i am just responsible for 30 $ copay ,then they took me inside i was waiting 40 minutes inside the examination room until the doctor came and visited me .she prescribed me antibiotic ,i was severely coughing and another cough medication ,which made me worse ,2 days later i got so worse i went to other doctor changed my antibiotic stopped my medications from patient first including cough sup present.and prescribed me other medications , and looked at my ears i had otitis media ,(patient first doctor even didnt look at my ear ) . after that i got better soon with new prescription ..after that patient first billed me for not cover red by insurance (they made a mistake to accept my insurance and telling me i am responsible just for 30$),it took about a month i received the adjustments ,i called again to pay the remaining,they told it has not been updated in their system !!!!!!!! i had to wait until i receive the bill ,it took another 3 weeks i receive the bill ,the day i reprieved the bill after their adjustment ,they threatened me down the bill to send me to collection agency ! i called them and asked this is first time i receive this bill ,without any other notices you are sending me to collection agency ?!!!! i wanted to pay weeks ago ,you told your system has not been updated !!!!!!!!!!! the tardiness is from your side not me . they already had dropped 15 $ as courtesy but i paid another amount added to 30$ that i had paid the fist day also my insurance had paid them. the bill with too much delay from their side ,also miss treatment ,also mis guidance at front desk ..............it was a huge headache and challenge going to patine t first ,they dont care about the patients ,they have a lot of errors in their system .I will never go there again . i think they should change their name to patine last .it was waste of my money time effort even health going there . it was terrible .
Friendly staff but, extremely poor service by the physician. First, I was skeptical about going there since they recently opened, but it was an emergency on a Sat and I decided to go. I wen there with a bad sore throat and cold and the physician only said to me that it will go away on its own. I took a look at my throat earlier and it was red. I asked for further testing. The nurse did a Strep throat test and it came back negative. I asked if anything can help since I cant swallow. He said just gargle salt n water. The following day it got worse I contacted them on Monday to inform them that it had gotten worse and my voice is gone. The nurse asked me to return. I told them no thanks that I rather go to my primary physician instead of wasting my time paying additional fees and to no result. This is a sickness that should have been properly diagnosed and given the proper meds. I went to my primary doctor and now Im feeling much better
Very pleasant at the front desk and the nurse was pleasant as well , but the dr actually laughed at me instead of comforting my concerns with a medication they wanted to inject me with. I asked her why she was laughing and she said she wasnt , but clearly she was. Very upsetting experience. I was in so much pain and she provided me with no relief. She also said some things that I didnt find professional , never to return. Its a shame its a nice facility. The two stars are for the front desk and nurse, I would give them 5 stars if it was just about them.
Best Urgent Care Experience yet! Clean facilities, friendly staff, a doctor who genuinely cared, it was all in all a great experience. No one is usually happy going into a medical facility, but the staffs kindness brought smiles to our faces. I was there with my pregnant wife, and we were very impressed with everything and everyone. I cant speak for the after hour wait time, but we were seen immediately upon arrival. If we have need for an urgent care facility again in the future this will be our first choice.
I want to thank all the people who work in your Voorhees office. They were all great I will be recommending Patient First to all my facebook friends, my neighbors, friends, and family. If I have another accident some time down the road or years from now I will come to you first before I go to the hospital and if my doctors office is closed you will get my business first. I will also tell my insurance company how great you all were. Thanks for taking great care of me and my hand thanks you too.
Very clean, VERY friendly, excellent care from the front desk to the doctor coming into the room and even picking up our meds at the CVS which I did not know was right down the street! WE WILL make this our go to place if our doctors are not open!
The staff were kind and courteous. I felt well cared for. Very clean facility. No wait time. They took there time yet worked efficiently to keep things moving to diagnose, never feeling rushed, and it was close to closing. Highly recommend.
Loved the office waiting area, and all the people there were lovely and very helpful. The medical treatment I received was excellent, and now my ankle will feel better in no time. If I ever get ingured again I would go to Patient First!!!:)
Everyone was wonderful, from check in, to nursing staff, xray tech and the Doctor. Very clean facility and very impressed with everything. I prefer this facility over my primary care physician office!
Great experience!! I took my son for ear pain because the pediatricians office was closed and I couldnt be more happy with our experience. The staff was very nice and very attentive.
First experience with Urgent care. The facility is very nice and the staff friendly. I was examined by a doctor and required scripts were sent to my pharmacy. Very efficient.
Always perfect service. Dr. Roberts is smart and attentive. I would rather go to Patient First than my own Drs office. Always lightning quick to see a Dr. seven days a week.
This was about the third or fourth time that I or a family member used Patient First and it was the greatest experience every time! I am always recommending this place!
The doctor didnt listen to me at all. He contradicted himself and he lied. The reception and intake staff were very nice.

I think I was there 2 minutes, and I was taken care of. Everyone was very nice to me. I think I found my PCP.
Staff were very friendly and courteous. Only waited about 10 mins. Would definitely recommend it.
