Unless you dont mind waiting 45 minutes at a minimum to see your Doctor, with an appointment. I waited for over 2 hours one day with an appointment, and when I finally did get to see the Dr. was yelled at for my blood pressure being thru the roof. Ha! Im not sure who is to blame at this practice but I can tell you that from what Ive observed this office is run my a bunch of uncaring, undedicated people. My Dr. canceled his appointment with me one time and they never called me, claiming they didnt have my phone number. They have no less than 3 of my phone numbers in their system! Oh and trying to get thru to THEM via phone is even worse. You can not get a human on the phone there, and their phone system is terrible. More often than not you get a busy signal and when you do get thru you end up at their after hours answering service, DURING BUSINESS HOURS, and they simply tell you to call back. My husband has been without his medicine to control his blood pressure for over a week because we can not get thru and Im sorry, we dont have time to sit here all day and hit re-dial. They have no respect for the fact that you have a job, and no time to waste over 2 hours during your lunch break for an appointment. Im officially FIRING them today. I need a Doctor who doesnt look at his practice as strictly a business, but someone who is considerate of their patients time. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Oh where to start.... like many have already stated, the staff is simply rude and incompetent. I now have them give me my prescription on paper because when they informed me that they would fax it to my pharmacy, it never happened. Then when I called them to tell them the pharmacy never received the prescription, they said they would fax it over immediately. Nope. Called a second time and all of a sudden the phone directory magically changed to, "no calls being taken because of lunch break". I inevitably had to DRIVE BACK TO THE OFFICE to tell them to give me my prescription because they were incapable of faxing it over themselves. Its a real shame too because Dr. Yeoman is a great Doctor. He just happens to be surrounded by fools. Also, expect to be there for a couple of hours for an appointment. WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

i agree with the person above- this place is ridiculous. I have NEVER been seen at my appointment time and have waited up to 3 hours!! when asking the receptionist what was taking so long she said she "forgot to tell anyone i was there," and just kept skipping over me! everytime i go i wait a minimum of an hour. The first time i was ever there i got a perscription and it was never sent to the pharmacy electronically so i had to call the on call physician twice before i finally got the script. The people there are inconsiderate and rude and arent there for there patients! and the answering service IS AWFUL!!! you can never talk to a person!! overall the place is just terrible!

First of all the staff is a joke so incompetent on so many levels! I have been waiting for a pre authorization to go through for over three weeks and when they send it they dont send the correct documents. They should know what to send and dont! The wait time is a newer version of Chinese torture! Dr Yeoman is great though he is a caring Dr that Really relates with his patients.....its ashame if he didnt have such a horrible staff he would be set...and oh yea.forget about trying to get ahold of them on the phone, you have a better chance getting ahold of Jesus!

I have a great relationship with this office the doctors are very pleasant and really care about your health . That is why he was yelling about your blood pressure he don"t you to die. He is always pleasant and want to help you with every issue that you may have so if that"s a problem go some where else. They take time which other Dr. just want the money and dont care about they patients I rather wait 50 hours if its going. to help me live.

Terrible,Terrible Staff!! Dr. Yeoman is a wonderful Doctor but the staff are ignorant, treat people with utter disrespect!! They act like you are bothering them when you ask for ANY kind of assistance. The wait is terrible due to staff laziness. Staff will actually lie to you and tell you that they have done necessary paperwork when in fact nothing was done.

Doctor Yeoman is great staff SUCKS they dont answer the phone EVER or rarely ever call back. Need a prescription forget it. Uncaring rude staff. They should all be fired and find new ones. Even appearing and needing a prescriptiin forget it. Horrible.

Terrible wait time, literally 10 am appt you wont be done till 1. I have never been less than 2 hrs wait time. They dont answer phones and you cant leave messages. They dont do prior auths. Never again.

I feel is a Dr office is busy thats a good thing then that means he is well liked and he must be a good Dr a busy Dr is a good Dr a none busy Dr isnt a well like Dr. love love my Dr yeomen
