Ugh If someone could just pick up the phone! My experience with the doctors,nurses,ultrasound techs has always been the best. Its the front of the house when you call that is the issue. One lady in particular is ESPECIALLY nasty (Yikes) One is super sweet and funny to boot ..She sounds like shes from the Caribbean . God forbid you call with a question or check to make sure the paper work was sent to make an appointment. The customer service number provided is ANNOYING..from what I was told its not directly connected with Virtua ,more like a call service (no thanks) Just connect me to MFM and ill be okay ,especially if they pick up. 5 stars for the treatment given by the Doctors etc..3 for the people that make you feel crappy for calling. if this continues Ill go to Kennedy.

I love this office. They are very accommodating and their hours are great for us working folks!! The technicians, nurses, receptionists and doctors are very nice and make you feel excited for your expected bundle of joy. My doctor sent me here for all of my ultrasounds and my NIPT. My only complaint is that I feel like there is only ONE person who does the scheduling and getting her on the phone to make an appointment is super difficult. I feel like the health system could spring for another person or two to help her out... She seems very overwhelmed. Just an observation.

I had a genetic test scheduled and I had forgotten the timing. I called 6-7 times to reach someone there and get the timing confirmed. No one picked up and I didnt get get a single callback. I had sent messages. Called the customer care and they directed the call to Maternal Fetal Medicine section, still no one answered the call. It would be really helpful if someone can atleast give a call back or just send a message.

Horrible and unprofessional. Being though I am a high risk pregnancy they have failed to return any of my ten or more missed calls and voicemails. My ob wanted me to be seen asap and said that mfm would reach out but they never did and wouldnt return my calls either. After my husband and I finally got a hold of them and voiced our concerns the employee was horrible and rude! Horrible patient care and service

Plan on a very long wait, rude and uneducated office staff and added stress you dont really need if you are seeing MFM in the first place. If I could switch I would. The up side is the doctors are great. If you can get through the other downers, you will be ok. Also, dont plan on any prompt call backs or anyone to ever answer the phone for that matter. Basically avoid if possible!

Cons: The wait times are horrible! I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and was not called back to see the tech until 30 minutes after my appointment. Then, after the ultrasound, I waited for over an hour before I just got frustrated and left! And good luck getting a person on the line, or even a call back. Pros: Free parking Nice new and clean Facility

Very impressed by the facility and their technology. Excellent care by the tech and doctor I saw- they had a great bedside manner and really took the time to talk through my questions and concerns. I was very happy with my visit, although I wish they had earlier or later appointment times!

The outpatient services were horrible. I waited a half-hour just to be seen only for them to tell me that they didnt take my insurance without a referral. I then went to labcorp and they were so much nicer. I will never go to virtual outpatient again!

No one ever answers the phone at the office in Voorhees. I always get a recording even during business hours and the call back is not prompt at all. Please correct this issue asap!

Nurses were very rude to my girlfriend before delivery and unorganized with handling her records.
