I never write reviews for anything but my experience at fortune dental was so horrible I felt so obligated to warn people and let people not to go here. First off the receptionists dont even greet you, and keep the glass window closed at all times (and dont even acknowledge you when you are standing at the desk). The waiting room is extremely cramped. I waited a total of 2 hours for them to basically tell me what I already knew. Also the equipment that they used looked ancient and it was yellowing. The tools didnt look sanitary and it looked like it wasnt cleaned in a while. Gross!!! On top of that they tried to pressure me to come back to get a "deep cleaning" and other "necessary" things. Also there are no walls when you are getting your teeth checked, you might as well be on display at the zoo. Its sad that this was my first time here and I had such a horrible experience. One would think they would strive to give the best customer service to keep customers but I guess not. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY!!!

the office staff are very professional, starting with the Dental Staff Carol, Ileana , Maura, Yanira , Carmen Damaris, Chris and of Course Dr Anjum And Dr Cardenas . Dr Anjum answer every single question I had in a kind and professional manner. Front desk the receptionist and the dental assistants were very kind and understanding.Ileana the Tx coordinator the sweeties person in the world. I love Fortune Dental . Dr Anjum is great and she is full of love and she is very professional and very sweet . She is excellent. Dr Anjum and the whole staff in that office are the reason I will continue to make all my appointments I need with them. I am definitely recommending Fortune Dental to all my family and friends!!!

The best dental experience of my life! I have been going to this dentist for years and the staff have been amazing. They are professional and caring. In fact, they have become kind of like family. Carol, managing at the front with a smile. Leslie, at the front desk was always accommodating for me and she is extremely knowledgeable. Carmen, your cleanings were a thing of beauty. Then, there is my two favorite dental assistants, you know who you are. Thanks to all the ladies for their pleasant experience!!!

Ive been going here and they consistently cancel appointments, make you wait forever, and overally lack any form of personal service. The new dentist that took over the practice is a nice individual, but it doesnt make up for the really bad customer service.

Absolutely terrible!!!!!!! Wont clean your teeth and provide standard services unless you pay for a "deep cleaning" for $3000 which is totally unnecessary.... I have seen a dentist every year forever and never have required this. Long wait for NO service!
