This place is awful, The only exception being the assistants, who were very nice and sweet. I told the dentist my situation about how I chipped my teeth. The guy made an assumption that I was getting some kind of settlement and started telling me how I needed to get root canals and implants and caps on my front three teeth and he was refusing to do the work because of his "ethics" and not wanting to do a job hed have to do again because he thought there was nerve damage. (Even though there wasnt any evidence of that. Im studying to become a doctor and I know he couldnt of seem that on the xray then). Once he realized there was no settlement he pulled a COMPLETE 180 and started telling me how much it costs to just put crowns in. Another unnecessary procedure that I felt like could have been easily taken care of with a Resin fill in but I wasnt aware of that at the time, so I went along with it. Any who, I got some temporary caps put in while he sent off the molds for the caps to be done. They were VERY yellow compared to my natural teeth and noticeable. He didnt care and I figured they were just temporary so I didnt make a fuss. When the actual teeth came in they were too yellow too. I figured I was just being picky and honestly thats my fault for not saying something in the first place. After they were cemented in I immediately regretted it and he told me that hed charge me a fee to do them again of which I would have gladly paid because I care about my smile. But then this lazy idiot goes back and does another 180 when he calls me back to tell me he changed his mind and he wont redo the work because theres a possibility he could damage the real tooth now. Which is a lie, I researched it and its easy to redo as long as youre not a lazy, incompetent idiot like this dentist clearly is. If you want quality work done and your smile matters to you, DO NOT go to this place. The dentist has no passion for what he does and only cares about making a buck and does VERY mediocre work. You End up waiting an hour for this guy and only spends 5 minutes at a time with you while he goes back and forth between other patients. This guy is awful and if I could give him negative stars, I most certainly would. The guys name is Herman Morales, avoid him like the plague.

Had an appointment TODAY at 9am with Dr. Herman Morales... I confirmed my appointment two days ago which I made two weeks ago. I came in at 8:45am and office is closed... waited there for an HOUR... There was NO note on office door, NO one called me, emailed me or texted me to CANCEL or tell me that they where going to be closed today... I waited an HOUR because Im so much in pain and this Dr was suposse to do an extraction for me today... I have no medication left and these people dont even have an answering machine... I had to write them an email with no response from them yet... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Dont even bother coming here!!! After I have read other peoples reviews now Im horrified!!! I will need to check with my insurance company what this people charged me for on my first and definitely my LAST visit here.

DO NOT GO HERE. Charged me for services they did not provide. Spoke spanish over my head while the dentist spent less than 5 minutes with me. Never once said that i had cavities, but put that on my diagnosis sheet. When i went to check out, my receipt said i had received a tooth cleaning, i had not. To add insult to injury, they told me that I need an additional "deep cleaning", which my insurance only gave a discount on. Ironically, that discount still left me paying over $200 for a cleaning. Beyond a doubt, the most unprofessional office visit i have ever had.

Las asistentes muy atentas pero el DR. No me gusto su trato para nada muy rudo y cuando termino su trabajo ni tan siquiera las gracias pudo dar.Esta es la primera vez que visito esta oficina y definitivamente la ultima.Deberia de ser un poco mas profesional.

i went to take 2 teeth and fix some of my teeth he talk so fast of what i need ,what i have ,,hello am not a dentist you need to take your time with your patient ,,the staff very good but the doctor should work at the morgue ..
