My doctor sent a lab request which was faxed on a Friday morning. I went in Saturday first thing to get my blood drawn and was refused because the fax copy of the order was not clear enough to the technician. Mind you my doctors name and my name were on the fax. I told the tech what was to be drawn, and my doctors staff called to assure them what was to be drawn. They still refused to draw without a new fax copy. Please note that they could have noticed the fax copy earlier on Friday when the fax came through and contacted the doctors office . Saturday the doctors office was closed. I was totally frustrated and wasted a Saturday morning. In addition after talking to the staff at my doctors office, she said they were very rude to her over the phone. I wont be going to this facility again.

I actually left this place in tears due to frustration. I had never had testing done before. I just had to drop off a sample, and had to wait 20 minutes even no no one else was there. I felt disrespected in my interaction with staff, and they couldnt even process my order (due to their errors) in the end. I will not go back to that facility again.

Way understaffed. Currently waiting for over an hour. They couldnt make an appointment because their only computer was in a room with a patient. This place needs to hire another person and buy enough computers to be able to schedule AND see patients to meet their demand. This Quest is just unprofessional.

I have been in the waiting room an hr and no one acknowledged me..not when to say how long the wait is...i have been home from the hospital a week and had to come do blood work..worrying sore..hurting..this is so unprofessional....

Blood Test today @ 8:45am. Barely felt a pinch, almost cant tell where she put the needle in.Very quick, pleasant, professional experience. Thanks, for real customer service, a dying art in this world. Exceptional gifted woman.

I have used this sight for the last 6 years. Staff has always been very nice and thorough. Closet one to my house and never crowded like some of the other sites. Very lucky they chose not to move from their present site.

Go to another, this one is extremely slow (about 1 patient seen per hour) if there is a waiting room full of people, might as well bring a sleeping bag to camp it out.
