Incredibly rude to my husband, their website will state hours of operation, while his paper for his prescreen drug test stated a different set of hours, and their phone system (youre never going to get office personnel) states yet another set of hours. All of these different, the discrepancy in information is appalling considering the folks who work during the day and need tests done, or anyone without access to the internet. Both women in the office were down right flippant and belittling for my husband not being aware of their correct hours, how is one supposed to know whats correct though?! If I could actually speak to a real human Id love to speak with a supervisor about the treatment they give the patients/donors. Never again will we ever bother with this location.

Went march 13 2017 to have labs drawn at 7:00am. They did not do all the labs and test orderd. So her I sit at the dr. Office on the March 21, 2017 missing a days worth of work, paying for a dr visit. And none of the labs they were supposed to do being done making this dr visit a waste of both mine and the drs time. Life threatening disease and they cant be trusted to do all the labs that were ordered by my doctor!
