!!!!10/19/2016!!!!! Please Read ALL!!!!! Stay Away!!!! If you like to wait for long periods of time and to be taken advantage of then go to Copley eye clinic ,,,,,,because that about all there really good at ,,,,,these guys lie big time the manager is the worst one shes whisper the deal to you like your the only one who get it!!!!! ,,they should give everyone a deal!! ,,I had got my glasses through Copley..... The frames broke and lenses had scratches on both lenses!!!!!! okay there still under warranty,,,, brought them back to get replaced.. and was told they call me when there ready,,,((,wonderful great is what I thought at the time !!!! )) it took 10 days okay I know they are Very busy I understand that....,,,, so I get the call to pick them up ,,I was excited to get my glasses back !!!!! But when I had opened the box to try them on it noticed they had not replaced the lenses!!!!! Copley had only replaced the frames and not the lenses,,,,,,, I had asked way ????and was told the frames had a year warranty !!!, just tired and upset I just wanted to go home,,so I did now 7 mouths later the replacement glasses had snap in the exact spot my first pair did ,,,,keep in mind that this were the flax frame glasses,,,was shocked again!!! Could not believe,,,so I call today 10/19/2016 at around 9am and was transferred to a answers machine saying to leave my number and would be called back,,,, several hours later I had to call back yes they answered the phone they ask me can I help you and then transfer the call to a message machine,,,but not leaving the message for the second time I hung up called right back and asked to speak with the manager ,,,,, And a female Receptionist picked up the phone asking how can i help you ,,,This time I wanted to speak to the Manager also that Iv been waiting for a call back for more then 4hrs ,,,I was placed back on hold ,,Then another Female picks the phone saying hello and"" asked how shes could help"",,,so I told her my situation,,and said to me sorry about my girls meaning her (Receptionist ) for not speaking with me and she would have a talk with her girls (Receptionist) ,,while she (The Manager) saying this to me I can hear girls OR Receptionist Giggling in the back ground,,,, right after say she said that she (Manager) would talk to her girls>>> I said not to do that im not trying to get people in trouble I just wanted my Glasses Fix!!! So now the Manager im speaking with says to me now im going to Transfer you over to the Manager now!!!!,,,,,,,I was like WHAT!!!!! so who was I really talking too ????? ,,,,so Im thinking the front receptionist answered and pertained to play as a manager to see if I was going to complain,,, so when I finally got to speak to the manager she lessen to the story about my glasses ,,, and tells me you have a one year warranty on frames and lenses ,,,,and thats when I got upset,,,,because I was lied to!!! I was welling to let all the other inconveniences go ,,,, but because they should have replaced my lenses whenever Id brought them in the first time instead of letting me leave there office with scratch up lenses,,, so the manager informs me that the warranty had passed ,im thinking each pair of glasses lasted 5 months I should be able to get a replacement with no problem and because they never even replaced the lenses ,,,,so Im really upset ,,,,,,I told her manager that I was lied to and said shes could meet me half way with the money so shes offering a 50% off I said no thank you that I would be contacting Better Business Bureau with my complaint which I did before I posted this,,,Please go look for it ,,,, next im going to channel 3 news if I must ,,so I dont wont this to happen to anyone else please stay away Copley eye clinic are opportunist,,,,!! Go to 20/20 ,or pearl vision,,!! Where they treat you like a person thanks for reading 10/19/2016........Okay I get a call from the Manger on 10/28/2016 at 10:05AM

This company has some of the worst business practices in all of Orlando. I had an emergency that I needed resolved today. I called multiple times and re-explained the situation to the receptionist every time (it seems like they play musical chairs and have about 30 receptionists that rotate every 20 minutes without passing any info along). I am about to go into a holiday weekend without the ability to see. For the entire holiday I will be unable to see much further than 1ft away because the employees at this company are selfish gluttons. Instead of ensuring their patients are taken care of, the employees here would rather leave work early for a holiday weekend. There is absolutely no accountability of any employee, no manager, no boss, just a bunch of bitter women who sit at a desk and can barely handle their jobs. In addition to this most recent emergency I have had a long history of issues with this company. Instead of calling you or sending you a letter saying you owe them $14. They would rather send you to a collection agency. I literally could have had my credit destroyed over $14. I asked for an explanation and they said it isnt their responsibility to make sure I pay. Yeah it isnt your responsibility to do that, but it is your responsibility to inform me I owe money! In addition to that issue, they randomly like to create fake eye appointments. Recently I recieved a phone call stating "Your next eye exam is Friday morning, you have 48 hours to cancel your appointment or you will need to pay the cancellation fee". Im all for job creation, but I never set up that appointment so it isnt my job to call and make sure it gets cancelled. I have never been to any type of doctor whatsoever that creates appointments without informing you. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER use this SHADY business.

My family, including now my grandchildren and my 93 year old mother, have been patients of Dr. Copely for more than 35 years. All of us have always had wonderful eye care, including education from the doctor on how other body processes or diseases may effect the health of our eyes. This doctor takes the time to address so many questions and to make me and my family members know that his focus is on OUR issue when its our turn for the appointment. I know that if I have an eye emergency, the employees at the clinic will make sure I receive care in a timey manner. Thats just the culture of the office and I appreciate knowing that the patients matter. I would highly recommend this doctor to my friends. BT
