Excellent customer service! I have been a patient since 2008. Dr. Uong has addressed all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction and after leaving I always feel that I have received the best quality eye care. Ive never had an issue scheduling appointments and have not had to wait for months on end for one either. Purpose of my visits: annual routine eye exams, multiple eye infection issues (scary stuff! Glad to say I havent had one in over a year now), eyeglass frames and lenses purchases (they always seem to have a nice, updated, stylish selection of the higher-end brand frames, and also have budget friendly frames available). One of the things I like most is their equipment for one of the routine eye tests that is different from other eye places Ive been to in the past - it doesnt blow air into your eyes! The receptionist who I believe is his sister is also friendly and personable and goes out of her way to make sure you are helped. I feel that my eyes receive the best professional care here.
