Very bad experience, like the previous reviewer said the staff is clueless and worse, very rude. I havent seen it quite that bad before. I wasnt given the information about the contact lenses exam and later was informed that I would have to pay extra and the insurance would not pay for it. However, had they scheduled me for it at the same time as the regular exam the insurance would have paid! It was my first eye exam and I was relying on the doctors office for information, however, they were completely useless and not pleasant at all. And in addition, they messed up my insurance information and wanted to charge me 4 times as much! I seldom write bad reviews but felt compelled to do it in this case. I only chose this office because it was close to my office and Ill NEVER go there again.

I would never refer anyone to this optometrist. The staffing is clueless, they say they open at 8:30am but its past 9:00 and phone recording says they are closed. My exam was done somehow incorrectly as I couldnt see anything once I recieved my contacts which took over 3 months to get simply because no one called to inform me they were in but then sent back due to no one picking them, I was made aware they were sent back because I called in which I was told they needed to be reordered. Just save yourself hassle and go someplace else !!!

I had a wonderful experience here! Dr Lincoln was thorough and very pleasant. There was minimal waiting for my eye appointment when I arrived. The staff in front was very pleasant to deal with and helped direct me to glasses and frames which would be covered by my insurance. Everything was explained to me, and when I ordered my new frames they arrived within a week! I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Lincoln is amazing. His staff, however, are rude and have horrible attitudes. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Ask for Brenda when you call. She is actually quite helpful and kind. If you have the misfortune of speaking or dealing with Michelle or Rosanna, you will want to run screaming for the hills to find a new eye doctor. And thats unfortunate. Dr. Lincoln really is amazing.

Dr. Lincoln is the best. The reception staff can improve on their customer service. For example, when calling to make an appointment dont tell me they are not there--let me know when appointments are available. Furthermore, if someone is on hold for more than five minutes, check with them and let them know you havent forgotten about them.

I know the Lincolns and they are honest, straight up folks. They have handled the eye care for my children, my wife, myself, and my employees. They are top notch and go out of their way to take care of your eye care. I trust them and you can too.

I visited all attractions with groupon discount at very cheap price. My family love the experience specially my grandaughter. Anyway regular prices are expensive

Dr. Lincoln fit me in as a new patient when my regular doctor wouldnt see me. He and his staff were very helpful and patient.
