My experience with the Pine Lake office has been excellent. I switched to Pediatric Associates about four years ago on the recommendation of a friend after she heard I had waited 45 min to an hour past my infant daughters appointment with the previous pediatrician for wellness checks (not just once, every time). Pediatric Associates runs ontime, I have never waited past my appointment time - ever. They have even been able to get me in same day if necessary or schedule within 1 to 2 days if not possible. My experience with Dr. Gwen Seaver who has taken great care of my child through regular check ups to some more severe issues has been superior. She takes the time to answer questions, is thorough, and campasionate. Running a business on time, caring for their patients and wonderful doctors like Dr. Seaver is more then enough reason for me to give them an excellent review.

I had a first visit and am pleased with the overall experience. I called for a same day sick appt for my daughter. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. She was able to get us an appointment within two hours of my call. Once we arrived, we didnt wait very long before getting called in. Dr. Hung was friendly as well and explained a bit about Allegro Pediatrics. She seemed to genuinely care about the health of my child. I only gave 4 stars because while in the waiting room, I encountered a very upset parent talking about how shes seen so many doctors and didnt feel she got the help she needed. However, this was one instance and Im willing to give this pediatric office a shot at making it a 5 star review in the future.

The unapologetic Mom

We visited the ISSAQUAH allegro pediatrics today for the first time. We met with Dr, Weigel, she was the doctor assigned. She was Wonderful! During the appointment she was very thorough and really listened to my concerns regarding my son. The nurse was also wonderful. My son needed blood draw and I was really happy that it was done in office. My son had a good experience during the process. I waited no more then 5 minutes for my appointment. I really appreciate the appointment was not rushed and the time that was taken to make sure everything was addressed. We will be returning!

My daughter had her 10 year old wellness checkup today. We came 10 minutes early and had to wait for 35 minutes. Ridiculous. BUT, Betsy apologized profusely and was so AMAZING that she made me forget how mad I was for waiting for so long. She deserves 5 stars. This office is always very nice, but always running behind. Wish they could give me a heads up if theyre running late... I could have treated my daughter to Ben & Jerrys instead of watching 10 people go in before us.

We have been taking our kids here since they were born and have only had positive experiences. Dr. Seaver is our normal doctor. She is wonderful, has such a good way with my kids and is always willing to take the time to listen and address my concerns. All of the other doctors that we have seen here when we couldnt get a sick visit with Dr. Seaver were great too. Being able to get in on the weekend and holidays is wonderful as well.

Allegro is fantastic! Their flexible hours and ability to speak to a nurse have been a lifesaver for this new Mama. I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr. Roskin. His genuine interest in my babys health means everything to me. During our appointments with him, you would think we are his only patient. He is patient, calm and just a delight to be around. I am so thankful to have found this group.

My son had, what I thought was a UTI, and with the help of the staff; we were able to get a speedy recovery for my son. Truly grateful for all their help. They were kind and gentle with the whole family (since we had, had a previous horrendous experience in the hospital) and I couldnt have been more satisfied with their services. Really great staff, here! Thank you, so much!

Allegro Pediatrics staff and physicians all the way from the reception desk to the exam room provide exemplary compassionate and comprehensive patient care. They work closely with families listening and taking careful note of concerns related to the childs health. We are greatful for the superior care our daughter receives under Dr. Roskin and his colleagues supervision!

Our first visit overall was a good experience. Wait times werent bad, the nurse who gave the shots to our little one was kind and gentle which helped a lot, and the Dr spent time with us and had a good bedside manner. The only thing off about the visit was a bit of attitude at the front desk but Ill chalk it up to what was hopefully just a bad day for the gal helping us.

He takes the time to listen, is comprehensive, patient, and has been a trustworthy provider and resource throughout my kids lives! I would highly recommend him. I also love his medical assistant Jing - she is kind, compassionate, funny and I look forward to seeing her at all of our visit!

Appointments for consult were immediately available. The staff is very professional and the MD very knowledgeable. I had a question about my sons immunizations and dr. Hung was really excellent in explaining every detail of my ask. I work in healthcare so Im pretty aware of what makes a practice a good one-allegro pediatrics at issaquah highlands is very good.

We just moved her from Los Angeles and I am very pleased with this office. Dr Shaver was amazing. I brought my 2 year old and 4 month old in. She answered every single one of my questions, I had brought a list, and made me feel so comfortable. The nurse was amazing too, I forgot her name, but she was so patient and lovely to my girls.

I love Allegro peds. We have been coming here since my now 3 year old was born and I now have a 1 year old as well. We even moved and tried some new peds in the area we lived but decided it was worth it to drive the 30 minutes. Every doctor Ive met with has been so thorough and informative. They also have a fantastic nurses line!

The doctors and staff at Allegro Pediatrics are great. I have lived in 3 states while raising my kids who are now 12, 16 and 19. We have established pediatric care in all of those locations and when I moved here, 8 years ago, I was very happy to find this practice and meet my kids doctors. You wont find better care anywhere else!

Ive been going to Allegro for 2.5 years with 2 young children & we love it. They are friendly and efficient. We see Dr. Seaver, she is very thorough and doesnt ever make us feel rushed, even with all of our new parent questions! We never have a problem getting in quickly for sick visits. Highly recommend!

Weve been coming to Allegro in Issaquah since my daughter was born. Scheduling is always easy. Dr. Hung is awesome she has great energy, is very informative and takes the time to answer all of our questions! Not to mention the nurses are great with our daughter! Would absolutely recommend this location.
