I moved to the area about a year ago and settle on Dr. Sieu as my dentist - and Im very happy that I did. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful and Ive never had to wait longer than about 5 minutes in the waiting room. But the defining moment for me came last November when I broke a tooth and faced the prospect of a long weekend of pain. When I called Dr. Sieu he agreed to drive in to his office to meet me, even though he was closed for the day. He gently ground down the sharp edges and temporarily coated the tooth with epoxy. Then, the following Monday morning, I returned and he fixed the tooth permanently. Excellent service.

In a word, my experience with Novelty Hill Family Dentistry has been nothing short of FAB-U-LOUS! Dr. Sieus chairside manner is so attentive and informative. I mean, "who wants to have to go to the dentist" - ouch! But from the moment you enter their suite, see the Dr.s cheerful wife and Receptionist, Chris, to the smiling staff who take excellent care of you through whatever services are needed (Thanks Gretchen :O)...You feel the "Family" in their business name is genuine. I can honestly say NHFD is the best dental office myself and my entire family have had the pleasure of using!

The dentist has to be good for someone to travel from Bellevue to Novelty Hill, right? Yup, right. Ive known Dr. Tony for years and I continue to travel for his care because he does great work, always sets me at ease and never makes me feel like Im getting treatment that is more in his interest than mine. That hasnt been the case with other dentists Ive seen in the past. So I continue to make the trek...to be greeted by the friendly staff, enjoy the comfortable setting and get great care from someone who truly cares!

Everyone is very friendly, and professional. They are great about finding appointment times that will fit our schedules. The location is easy to find, with ample parking. On my first visit they did a very thorough exam, which found problems my previous dentist had not noticed. Dr Sieu fixed everything painlessly before they could get any worse, and I am sure he saved me from having major dental work later on! My whole family now goes to this office.

He was very patient with me and explained everything in laymans term so that I could understand the complicated procedures.
