To be honest, Im torn, they would have gotten 5 stars because they are friendly, and good at what they do, I had several fillings done, and one of them was in the back of my mouth, a pain for me and the dentist. And he was very patient with me through it all. Yes there was pain, but compared to some of my other dentist visits, it was alot less. Now, the reason Im not giving 5 stars is the billing, I was quoted a price, and apparently that price was not correct, it was for cheeper fillings and they decided on using more expensive stuff. Which of course my insurance did not cover. And we were charged around 4x the amount. And thats not ok. Especially when working with a budget. It felt very much like a bait and switch. So my advice to whoever is reading this, if giving a quote, get the billing codes and double check with your insurance.

Put a smile on that face. Trust, Faith, and Friendliness are important factors to me. I visited Monroe Family Dentistry, a blast from my past and was greeted first by Rachel for hygiene. She was genuine and cared about my needs to execute better processes for maintaining dental health. She was well trained and fun to work with. A true guardian heavenly hygienist. Dr. Pineyro was very detailed. A fun form of perfection who with his assistant Melissa executed in harmony to insure my success. Dr. Pineyro has a reputation for craftsmanship and I know now why. Current discoveries are important to my future success. He saved my $mile for future years to come. I am thankful for your factors guided by professional perseverance.

These people are hack artist. They are here to rip you off and inflict pain all for the common goal of getting the most money from you. I went in for a filling and the dentist gave me a crown/root canal!!! They had me sign a piece of paper then started drilling without telling me what they were doing!! Then after my tooth had been ground down to a nub the dentist said "Shoot I have another patient." He then left me on the chair and I could hear him in the next room giving a little kid a filling. He returned a half hour later to finish my procedure which ended up taking almost 4 hours!!! I refuse to go back because if I see that dentist again I dont think I could stop myself from tearing him apart.

If you are in Snohomish Co, please avoid going to Monroe Family Dentistry. While getting my teeth cleaned, the male dentist came in and asked the female hygienist, "who should we hire - a girl dentist or a boy dentist?" They both agreed they should hire a "boy dentist." As someone whose sole focus is STEM careers, and as a mentor of young girls who encourages them to consider education and careers in the Sciences, I am incredibly disheartened and disappointed (ok, Im also PISSED). In 2017, are medical professionals really concerned about gender, vs. most qualified candidate? I absolutely can not support a practice who would so blatantly discriminate - PS - its illegal!

Quality service at Pooh Corner Dentistry I wanted to thank Rachel the Hygienist during my visit with Monroe Family Dentistry. Caring and professional as she executes consistently, concerned about the quality of the process. I hope she is well as I think of Monroe Family Dentistry Staff and Rachel as my "Return to the House at Pooh Corner". Sometimes the challenges of uncertainty in our health pose questions as we "chase all the clouds from the sky, "when you know there is so much to be done." Thank you for your help......

Dr Pineyro was brilliant. Excellent communicator, very good knowledge of the procedures and worked hard to accommodate my tight schedule. I had one implant repaired and a new one (different tooth) placed. I never felt a single needle and very minimal pain afterward, no drugs whatsoever post proceedure. Completely different experience to my original implant years ago at a different surgery. Highly recommend him and his assistant Melissa. He even helped me find a new dentist in the UK when I moved!!

I love this dentist office. Ive been seeing Dr. Terry and she is amazing. Shes knowledgeable about her field and meticulous with her work. Also, they have evening and weekend appointments, which works well for me. As a stay-at-home mom in a family with one car, it makes it easier to get the work that needs to be done completed. I highly recommend this dentist office, specifically Dr. Terry.
