Had a very bad experience here but the Dentist called me personally & reached out, I was surprised with that. Im still not sure what to think. Why 4 stars then... The work they did appears to be good but I didnt enjoy the process of what I had to deal with for the other issue I originally went in for. Staff was good for the most part. Once I go through hoops & stuff with people, I dont want to go back or look at anyone since my experience wasnt great. Maybe thats my issue? Over all, as a normal dentist office, this place is alright but since I had claims, legalities & timing, I was not pleased. If you want a root canal, okay. They did a good job. Im giving this place 4 stars based on their quick response to my original review & the fact that the root canals are holding up good (its been 2 yrs roughly), but it doesnt account for the stress & loop holes I had to go through, especially while out of the country. A nice implant on the original issue I came in for would be great but Im not here to for that. I just didnt like to post a 4 star review without some type of clarification. Yes, not a great experience but yes, still a 4 star based on everything besides what I went in for. They were friendly, addressed concerns & were professional in person. Even with a not so par experience, its possible to still have a good rating!

Last year I was fortunate enough to find Alpine dental while walking to lunch. I walked in and they gave me undivided attention. I had several fillings placed after removing a few black, metal mercury fillings. I was happy to know that this office uses state of the art dental technology and no mercury fillings. I recommend this office and their great service.

Worst dentist in Monroe! Had a cavity filled and it cracked in half after only 8 months!!! The filling I had prior I had for 17 years!!! Now they cant fit me in for weeks although Im in pain!!! Save your money, time and teeth FIND a different dentist!!!!!

Went to Alpine Dental yesterday to have a permanent crown put on. Everyone I came in contact with from the time I came in till l left was very friendly. The dentist did a great job on my crown and I am very pleased.
