Im going to be completely honest, this was the worst dentist Ive ever been to. From practically begging for reviews and referrals in exchange for gift cards to them not even having my night guard prepared after 2 weeks of waiting for it. when I went to get my night guard fit it today it was so loose it literally fell out of my mouth and dr. dipti immediately said that I needed to do another set of Impressions which means I would need to wait another 2 weeks. Of course they had no problem taking my money 2 weeks ago almost $100. before I paid for the night guard I was told by the front desk that the night guard would be close to $400 because she didnt properly read the paperwork her job is literally to read the paper work correctly. I demanded a full refund and said I would not be returning thankfully dr. dipti agreed to that although I have to have a conversation over the phone about getting the refund hopefully I do not have to go back to that tacky dentist office. They have no problem using an insane amount of x-rays also their floor every time you take a step is wobbly and you can hear it shaking and also feel it. after going to the dentist 3 times and paying them $86 I was told that I need to give them a chance I did give them a chance by going to them in the first place and returning to them after I knew it wasnt the right fit. stay away from this dentist office!!!

I have seen dentists in 4 countries and Dr. Dipti and her staff are at the very top of the list. Everyone from the front staff to the Dr are extremely caring and professional. Frankly, Im surprised to see the few negative reviews here as my experience has been nothing but excellent. The examination and procedure were thorough and didnt feel rushed at all, in fact I really appreciate Lily giving me step-by-step updates on what was being done and Robyn at front desk was very meticulous with my insurance coverage and explained the options I had. 5 stars and highly recommended!

I have been a patient for a couple years. Girls here are amazing. I can call three days after my procedure with any concerns and they will always answer all my questions. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Have never had a bad day here. Even when I had my wisdom teeth pulled and I was scared out of my mind, they offered pillows to make me comfortable and chatted with me till i was completely numb. Doctor Lee is great! Very knowledgeable. Amazing people and always friendly atmosphere

We have been going to meadow creek for almost 6 years and I must say....I would not change it for anything. The staff is really knowledgeable, flexible and courteous. My kids are not scared of going to dentist....what else I want. Apppointments are not at all stressful and they take good care of my dental health...lesser cavities, less pain....more happy healthy days....good for me and my family. I would highly recommend them.

When someone with a thick accent, taking at you behind a mask gets irritated that you cant understand them, you know theyre a jerk. Then when they start pinching the hell out of your cheek with their instruments you realize they just havent got a clue. Never going back here.

Wonderful staff and very clean office. I hadnt been to a dentist in over 10 years and they took excellent care of me and my teeth. My comfort was the number one concern, along with a good and thorough job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

They have changed hands and are trying to build a new business and clientele, basically. They do a decent job but the operation feels very small. It lacks the very established feel and atmosphere that Dr. Lees practice had.
