I had a dental implant done by Dr. Kwok. It was necessary to replace a tooth that had cracked off near the root. After looking around, I went to Apex and Dr. Kwok for the procedure. The procedure was great (at least a good as it can be), and the result are amazing, so much better than the bridge that my original dentist recommended. I have a permanent tooth and a new dentist! I now use Apex for my regular dental care. Theres a team that can support your needs. For example, while flossing at bedtime a crown fell off, Dr. Ma saw me the next day since Dr. Kwok was not available, and remedied the issue. My other dentist took a long time just to call me back--Apex was quick to respond. The front staff is friendly and efficient handling insurance and billing that doesnt take my time to sort out. They are a solid team. I like the range of service they provide from routine care to dental surgery/implants. They have provided great care for me with excellent results. I would recommend without hesitation.

I was back again to have a cleaning and then to have some fillings done by my most favorite denist and her trusty assistant, Dr.Hoa and Becky! These two are the top bill of the shop! I highly recommend them for whatever your needs are, they are not only extremely personable they are so excellent at what they do, you feel nothing and come out with your teeth looking beautiful. I am a tough crowd and they have never failed me, I would absolutely tell everyone to try to book these two because you would not be disappointed! But please do leave me an appointment, because I love em too!

Make sure they give you an estimate in writing. They say their policy is verbal and dont reiterate the services you will be getting the day you go in for work done to your mouth. A verbal is very different than a written estimate, which someone sees and signs off on. Got charged for two fillings when under the impression one was getting filled. Bad way to do business. I think that is how they hook people for services and make more money.

Apex and Dr James Ma have taken care of all my families dental needs for the last 6 years. Their facility is bright, clean and cheery. Great staff, always attentive and my favorite is being able to watch a movie while having work done. It definitely takes the edge off.
