I had a root canal done in 2014, they were very helpful in assisting me with very limited dental insurance and I was able to get the procedure done and get them paid off. a week ago in December 2015 I was told I needed another root canal on the tooth behind the already root canalled tooth (this is at a different dentist in Covington). I then was told i needed a double root canal because the already root canalled tooth had only been partially done and had a growing infection. the Dentist told me after the procedure that there was quite a bit of puss and an extremely bad infection underneath the tooth that I had root canalled in 2014. I would not go to this dentist if you do not want an extreme infection that will end up costing you a lot of money to fix the damage.

After eating dinner a couple of weeks ago I ran my tongue to the back of my teeth and realized a piece of my back molar was broen off! I’ve had one cavity my entire life!! Not having dental insurance I was really concerned about the cost of going in to the dentist for a chunk of missing tooth. My sister recommended Pacific Dental (shes gone there for quite a while) I met with Dr. Nguyen who said that not only is my tooth broken, I need a root canal. I have to say, they were great about outlining payment plan options which put my mind really at ease. Everyone there is really nice and I loved the doctor. Very pleasant experience, all things considered.

I love their service. My whole family goes there and have been impressed with the front desk staff, the adult dental team and the childrens team. My daughter screamed pretty loud and they took it all in stride. They also encourage children coming in before their appointment to look around and get comfortable with the environment which was really helpful. Their advice for my dental care was great and they didnt recommend more procedures than what I needed (which I have experienced in other dentist offices). My whole family is happy with our care and we will keep going there for years.

This is an awesome family dentist! We have been taking our two girls there since each was about 2 and they love going - how many kids can say that? They are just great with kids - warm, friendly, funny, inviting, calming. My 10 year old had to have her first filling last week and was terrified that it would hurt. She was so excited afterwards that "it didnt hurt at all" that it kind of worries me she wont brush her teeth LOL. I really just cant recommend them enough. We have used three different dentists there over the years and can easily recommend any of their doctors.

If youd have told me when I was growing up that there could be such a thing as a pleasant dental experience, Id have bitten your right hand off. From the check-in desk, to the appointment reminders, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, to Dr Scotts 3d-print-while-you-wait what-colour-do-you-want-it crowns, its not so much the dentist that I feared as a kid as it is an hour long tooth-to-tooth tete-a-tete.

I recently took my seven year old daughter in for a new patient exam with Dr. Thoa. We loved the colorful and kid friendly environment. Dr. Thoa is great with kids. The RDA was awesome. Very patient and friendly. They were able to add on sealants so we didnt have to make an extra appointment. My daughter loved the office, she said it was her favorite dentist she has ever seen and she also loved their toy selection!

My whole family has been going to Issaquah (Pacific) Dental Care for about 15 years. Growing up phobic of the Dentist, I would never have thought that I would be so happy with a Dentist. I cant say enough about the friendly staff and dentists. I highly recommend Dr. Scott for adults. In addition, Dr. Thoa has been great with my kids, some of which have special needs.

An honest dentist who doesnt tell you to get work done that is unnecessary (something I feel I have been victim to in the past). The staff is friendly and professional. Another big plus is that the assistant doesnt make me gag to death while taking x-rays.
