FOR EMPLOYERS ONLY I have worked for Ranchview Family Dentistry for a month. When I got hired they knew I was new to the General field and was told from Dr. Jay they will be patient with me and train me what I need to know. With that being said I thought it was going to go well and excited to learn. Dr. Jay was very nice to me and understanding. When I worked for Dr. Hem (he knows Im new to the field). On my 3rd day he made me cried because he made me feel so bad about myself. From than on he continuously being very mean telling me to get out of the room and have someone else comes in. He would roll his eyes at me all the time. He would walk in and take over my job because he was frustrated. He would grab paper towels out of my hand, He would grab things out of my hand. He would get frustrated and give me the meanest look like Im the worst person ever and make me feel pathetic. From then on, every time I go into work I was not happy. I was expecting to get mean looks, rolling eyes, mean comments, and overall get treat like a piece of Sh** every time I walk into Ranchview. Within a week my daughter was not feeling well and I got a called from her daycare and that I must picked her up and take her to the doctor. Dr.Jay knows I was a single young mom and I get no help we have discussed this in the interview. They did not want me to leave when it comes to my daughter it is an emergency with her condition. I have realize in this office FAMILY DOES NOT COME FIRST. Within that month of being there I was not happy at all. I was unhappy and mentally ill. My last day there around 5 pm there was a rat and I thought he was trying to kill a cocrotch but turned out to be a rat and I instantly scream a little it was at the end of the day hardly any patient Dr. Hem comes over and tell us we can leave now with a mean look because knowing me I am scared of wild creatures and always been scared of rats. I decided to leave the office because I cant stand getting treated with that kind of disrespect anymore. Im glad I have left the office it was the best choice I have ever made.

Ive been going to the Patel brothers for almost a year now. I initially went in because of a devastating toothache. If youve ever had one, you know what I mean and you know Im not exaggerating. This was my fault. I hadnt gone to a dentist in so many years. Thought, if it aint broke, dont fix it. Plus, I was scared to death of dentists. They took care of the toothache, understood my fears and concerns and helped me. Started with a root canal, two wisdom teeth extractions and a deep cleaning. Now I just have a few cavities that they are going to take care of and one more root canal. Ill never miss a cleaning again For the first time in years, I dont have any discomfort. I still have some work that needs to be done, but they are the absolute best! From the Docs to the hygienists to the reception staff that greet you when you come in, I couldnt be happier. Thank you Doc Patels and youre outstanding team, you probably dont know how much I appreciate the way you do business and genuinely care about your patients. Ron

Wonderful Dental Experience! Going to the dentist is not on my list of favorite things to do but the office of at Ranchview Family Dentistry makes it such a comfortable experience. Im greeted immediately by the friendly front desk staff as I step into the very clean, modern office and am escorted to the chair by the hygienist just as quickly. My routine cleanings are painless and, I daresay, even pleasant! If theres a potential issue that requires the attention of a dentist, Dr. Patel will check my teeth and thoroughly explain the situation, treatment plan, answer any questions, etc. He makes sure the patient is always comfortable at every point of treatment, especially when it involves a surgical procedure. The entire office staff genuinely cares so much for patient comfort. A high-tech, an accommodating staff, and an excellent dentist make me feel as if Im simply visiting old friends and leaving with sparkling, healthy teeth!

I got a bad experience with their service. I had one periodontal cleaning coverage last year, which is not available this year, however this group of people thinks that if the Insurance group id (thru employer) does not change, then the Insurance benefits will remain same. Finally they ask me to pay the amount as the Insurance Company declined the claim. I checked with the Delta dental and they said it’s WRONG from the dentist’s office. They have access to check the detail benefit for each individual thru Delta dental portal, however Dr Patel doesn’t want to accept their mistake. Laziness and carelessness at heights. Shame.

After having my regular dentist overbook the day, I found myself nervously looking for someplace else to go. I dont like visiting the dentist. Dr Patel made this visit the best of all my 45 years. This Dentist has a great touch that exudes a high level of skill, the prices are compassionate, and I didnt leave feeling as if I just left the finance guys office at a car dealership - I felt like I left a Dr.s Office. This Dentist is not only the best I have been to, but he came recommended by an ex-employee who says only one name comes to mind when asked for a recommendation - Patel.

Always heard great things about Dr. Patel, and Im only sorry I didnt come sooner. I had a horrible toothache - turned out to be a root canal - and he saw me same day and performed same day, as a new patient. Very well priced and didnt try to oversell what was not necessary. After 5 years he still delivers top quality service in a state of the art facility with a consistent staff that welcomes you warmly every time. They are very conservative when it comes to any procedure to ensure a safe and efficient visit. Hes now our family dentist!! Thank you, Dr. Patel!

I recently got another CEREC procedure done by Dr Patel. It was such a painless and pleasant experience. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep in the chair and I normally have a lot of anxiety about getting dental work done. Dr Patel did such a thorough job; he was able to restore my fractured tooth without grinding down to minute size. The front office staff was helpful and efficient and Dr Patel and his assistants were so professional, yet gentle. Ranchview Family Dentistry is phenomenal; dont hesitate to go there!

Simply the best! Coming from a person who has always been scared of going to the dentist, Ranchview family dentistry has changed my dental life. Dr. Patel is seriously the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Hes patient and honest, and will only suggest things you actually need and not what is unnecessary. Ive been to other dentists office that try and up sell you on procedures that you dont need so they can bill the insurance. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Amazing :) I know going to the dentist is not that amazing but these guys are just great, it was my first time getting a root kanal, and just by the term "root kanal" anyone who hasnt got one before must be like oh God, but seriously it was a piece of cake, the only pinch was of getting num, even all my other sitting besides the root kanal were great. Dr Jay Patel and Dr Hamendra Patel are both pros at what theyre doing, way to go
