I WAS RIPPED OFF! I got laser treatment done here and my experience was horrible! The doctor is always running 45 min. - an hour behind. I paid 1250 for 6 sessions that take about 15-20 min.to complete. On 2 different occasions (out of 6) I was rescheduled. Once they called me exactly at my appointment time when I was already on my way 25 min. Drive. For maintenance of the machine. The second time I waited nearly an hour in the waiting room just for them to come out and tell me the doc doesnt have time to do the procedure. Then they proceeded to tell me the doctor said he will only do the laser at the very last appointment of the day. I told them this was inconvenient for me bc I have to pick up my husband in the afternoons. No one seemed concerned with the convenience for me.Especially the doctor whom I assume makes boocoo bucks. The last visit I had I walked into the reception area and up to the counter. The receptionist was processing some eligibility paperwork and told me to wait. I stood there awkwardly for about 6 min. Finally, I sat down in the waiting room then she called me up. Just to check in. I used to work for a busy dental office and if I was doing paperwork that was more involved, I would check the patient in first,then resume my other tasks. Seems like there are a large amount of receptionists working but no one has time to check a pt in? I also waited 45 min. to be seen. I am not one to complain about french fries at a drive thru or a Starbucks drink. This is a service I paid over a thousand dollars for out of pocket. I was very disappointed in the quality of care I received. I was thinking about getting some other procedures done but I wont be returning here.To top it all off.... I go ZERO results from the treatments. I spoke to the office manager Michelle and shared my concerns with her so she offered to do the bare minimum which is a refund for the 2 un used sessions (at my discounted rate,not what I actually paid) She stated I would recieve a check in the mail. That was about a month and a half ago and still no refund :(. I have left several messages for the office manager and still have not recieved a call back. I feel like I was taken advantage of. We are a military family so shame on them! I will be writing bad reviews wherever I can, and writing a formal complaint to TRICARE.

Dont waste your time. Stay away from this place. These people do not know what they are doing. Forget about calling them. Customer service is terrible and they never called me back after 2 months of calling. They will just blame it on their phone system. I had a bad rash on my legs. My primary physicians partner sent me there for a skin test. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, the dermatologist saw me for a minute. She told me that I didnt need testing and sent me home with a prescription. One month and $130 later, I had no improvement. I want back to my primary physician and she told me that she would not have sent me there. She had better recommendations. After going to a new dermatologist for a skin test, I would agree with her. The new dermatologist told me that prescription would have nothing for me. Dont waste your time or money on these people.

I didnt feel like the doctors wanted to help me at all. All my concerns, and suggestions were dismissed as if I didnt know what I was talking about. The bill was very expensive, yet they didnt come up with any diagnosis. I had to come back again because my symptoms had worsen. I ended up doing some research, and figured out what was wrong with me without these doctors help. I didnt pay my bill because I had spent so much in other doctors and treatments that I couldnt afford to pay these bunch of inepts. When I tried to get my records to go to a different doctor, they denied the request because I hadnt paid my bill, which is illegal. So, if they try to do this to anyone else, please know that patient rights backs you up. Anyway, dont waste your money on this place.

I received my first ever Botox injections with Advanced Dermatology & they far exceeded my expectations! Dr Davey & his Staff were knowledgeable & compassionate, they explained the procedure thoroughly. He explained exactly how much Botox I needed & more importantly- what I didnt need..The team worked extremely well together & it was apparent this is a clinic that truly cares for their patients...I would recommend Advanced Dermatology of the Midlands to anyone looking for Dermatology care !!

We took our oldest son to Advanced Dermatology and felt that all around it was a five star experience. Dr. Davey listened well to our needs and help treat our son with a level of care even better than we had expected. We were greater and into our appointment on time. All staff we encountered were kind and helpful. Facility is new and seems very clean and orderly. We will without question return in the future.

Ive been coming to this office for the last 16 months, fairly routinely. Dr. Davey has always been more than understanding, helpful, and reassuring. Hes cared about the health of my skin as if I were family, and has me looking and feeling confident about my skin again! Could not be more pleased with this office, and will continue to refer everyone possible to him.

This is my second time of being seen by Dr. Davey. He was extremely friendly and very professional. Very good at answering all of my questions and explaining it in terms that were very easy to understand. I know several people who have been seen by him and all are VERY satisfied! Staff was very pleasant as well. Highly recommend !!!

After seeing Dr. Shehan, I now have little to no acne on my face, back, and chest. The doctor aided my progression through multiple stages of acne treatment. As a teenager, Dr. Shehan was very understanding to the forms of treatment that would be most beneficial for my varying schedule.

Highly recommend! The doctors and staff are very helpful and my appointment was right on schedule. Dr. Shehan was very knowledgable and professional and made sure all of my questions were answered. I’d definitely recommend Advanced Dermatology to my friends and family.

The receptionist was very friendly and got me in to see the doctor the next day. The office was beautiful and the nurses were very nice. I was done with my appointment and back to work in a very short time, which I highly appreciated. Great place!

Not fully satisfied. After getting the medicnes we dont know where to aplly which medicine and I have not got the solutipn for my problem. I have not prescriped medication for the problem I habe mentioned. Am totally confuses now.
