I had a skin condition i went for and also some spots on my face and nail care. And the doctor only saw me for my skin condition. I told him about the rest he said my spots on face are normal. But he didnt even tell me what they were. & the nail care that i will take a look at next time. I got mad because i never know when i will be having time to go again and also since im self payed i would have to pay more next time he sees me. And i was already there but i guess he wants more money and makes u keep going all the time. I would not recommend this to no one. Also because he didnt really explain my skin condition he just told me to put on the cream he prescribed. Which he put me on the most expensive one like 300 sum dollars. Again im self payed i would hate to buy that and for it not to work. I called and asked for samples they said they dont have any. And he also does not even let me talk. He just there for like 1 min with me. I spend more time waiting to be called in than with him. So $150 to the trash! Never going there again!!

Anh Van Nguyen and Alana L. Isaacks are both very nice, attentive, respectful and knowledgable. However, most of the other staff (assistants - front desk clerks - appointment schedulers) are awful to "deal" with. Every time I have visited this office, they are rude, ill informed, not helpful or respectful at all. I cant tell you how many times I have simply walked up to the counter and patiently waited for someone to simply acknowledge my existence even when they are not busy at all (playing on their phones). If it werent for Isaacks and Nguyen I would not return.

Idk what these people are saying but, the office staff were amazing, got into great convos with the gorgeous ladies in the front, cracking jokes and just making you feel great in the environment. Dr. Nguyen can be a bit strict, but I always have had the wonderful Mrs. Alana Isaacks. Now she is an amazing Dermatologist, instantly clicked with her, always asking questions if everythings okay, clearing every bit of info up for me, just an amazing woman! Her assistants are also really friendly. Will definitely be returning!!! Thank you ladies!!

My wife went to this Dr. and was very upset with the way she was treated. How can you bring students into the exam room without asking if its ok first. He never listened to what she had to say about her own body, he acted like he knew her better than she knew herself. I would stay away from this so called Dr. I were you.

Rude office staff. They were so rude that I dont have a review for the doctor. It is clear that the personnel is there for a paycheck. Makes you wonder if the doctor has the patients best interest in mind when hes building his office team.

I stopped using the irritating and EXPENSIVE medication he had me on and..whadaya know?! My skin cleared up in a matter of weeks! Ive been clear ever since!
