Unprofessional and unpleasant. While waiting at my first appointment, I could hear the front desk rescheduling appointments due to the one of their employees suddenly quitting - at the same time I was being presented with a full page contract for signature agreeing to charges up to $250 for appointment cancellation policies, with a credit card number kept on file to cover appointment cancellation fees. When I politely declined to agree to this policy, the office manager appeared to inform me it was "usual and customary" to bill for cancellation fees at doctors offices. Ive never been billed by any doctor for a cancelled appointment, it isnt usual and customary for me to cancel appointments, and I already know that appointments at this establishment are scheduled with employees that suddenly quit, not doctors. Im off to find a real doctors office with usual and customary professionalism and treatment.

Skin Care Institute is a professional medical spa, and it is not just for women as I would have thought. Someone gave me a gift certificate for a massage and recommended that I see Paul. First, I did not want to be seen entering a ladies facility, second, I have never been massaged by another male, and third, with my history of back problems I was afraid a massage could damage something or give me more pain. After much insistence by my wife, I went. On the form you fill out before the massage, you write down any injuries or problems so they are aware of it. Paul knows what he is doing. He considers himself to be in the healing arts and takes his job seriously. I have been back for more since. I recommend him to friends. Sometimes I get a reply like " Oh, yea, Paul, he is the best". I am glad I was let in on the secret.

I wouldnt even give this place a single star. I booked myself an appointment, and planned on getting multiple treatments before my upcoming wedding. I called to reschedule one appointment (more than 24 hours in advance.) but when I showed up for my updated appointment they had no record of the reschedule. I found the assistant spa manager to be unapologetic, unaccommodating, and borderline rude for something that was clearly Tulsa Skincare Institutes mistake. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to my treatment, but I will not be visiting this location again.

I had gotten a photo facia previously and I wanted to try some place different. I told the girl at the time that I wasnt seeing any spots popping up(even though she did 2 places that had not been done before). She made all kinds of excuses. I called back a week later, because there was NO indication at all that I had it done. She told me that I needed another treatment. I could not believe that she expected me to pay another $800! Do not go there. If you want it done right, go to Jarra Herring. It was only $500 & the results were amazing!

I had my first consultation done with Dr. Lacy Jack and I must say, it doubled the likelihood of me going through with the procedure. From the moment I was greeted by the receptionist to the moment I left and was seen out by Dr. Jack. The facility was neat, clean, modern but most of all, it was welcoming. Ive already referred loved ones to the skin care institute :)

I have had several services here and it is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and professional. From the front desk to the nurses, aestheticians, and masseuses. Prices are great and treatments are even better. They have an awesome refer a friend program as well as monthly specials and sales. Highly recommended!
