This office was a nightmare!!!! if i could give it zero stars i would! Dr Ashley seemed like a great doctor and would of loved to have him do my procedure but when it came down to the staff horrible!!!!!! My reason to see Dr Ashley was to get some of my moles removed the first appointment took a hour and a half with me waiting a hour in the room before he came in but that was ok Once the appointment was over they schedule my surgery date. unfortunately the office manager was not in that day or at that moment to give me the prices which was a major bummer because the whole reason i went there was to know the prices but the assistant said shell leave a note to call me back that was a thursday finally i called her the following wednesday basically a week later and she wasnt there but again the assistant said shell call me back and she did immediately she called asking what was my question and i let her know i wanted to know the prices (I have gone to other dermatologists even plastic surgeons and they give me the prices immediately) her attitude right away was as if she was bothered that i asked that and never gave me a price went around in circle saying well we dont know it all depends what he has to do (well in my first visit the assistant wrote down EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS GONNA DO!) and again i wanted to be prepared financially and she just kept saying well bill your insurance well i have talked to my insurance and know its not covered! finally i said could you just give me a estimate? and finally she said around 600 dollars to me that is ridiculous as one plastic surgeon would charged me 650! but again because of her attitude i just rathered of just ended that conversation! so basically she just said you wont pay anything the day of the surgery your insurance will be billed ok so finally the surgery day comes i request off from work i sign in my surgery was at 11:45 i was early but of course i understood i had to wait so when time got closer exactly 11:42 and my name still hadnt been called i went up to the desk and asked the receptionist if all i had to do was sign in for surgery she said yes and nothing else than i walked away and she called my name and said i do need to collect your copay of 40 dollars! i was shocked because the office manager never mentioned that and that was the EXACT REASON i called her to know about prices! which she never told me! and i let the receptionist know about that situation saying i didnt bring money because the office manager never mentioned that or anyone! she went back and talked to the office manager and then returned saying the office manager said i had to pay the copay that day or reschedule so i just cancelled it! the problem was not over 40 dollars just the fact that I had to CALL HER to get prices and when she finally called me back her attitude was as if that was a dumb question! it wasnt the receptionist fault i feel sorry for Dr Ashley he has no idea what horrible and unprofessional person is in charge of his office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ashleys for the past 6-7 years. But this last week, I had enough. The staff is insanely rude and act like anything you ask them about is a bother. I get a shot for my psoriasis once a month, I was supposed to go in earlier this week and get my shot which would be a nurses visit, I would just check in, wait for them to call be back, get my shot and leave. My appointment was at 10:30am, I called at 8:55am to ask if I could come in a little early since I had to get my son to the doctor. It took them a good 10-15mins to even pick up the phone (usually takes WAY longer) and when they picked up, I told the lady my question, she sat there for 45seconds - 1 minute not saying a word, but I coul hear people in the background, then finally says "let me go ask", I got put on hold for 5 minutes, someone comes back on the phone, mumbles something then immediately hung up on me. This is NOT the first time something like this has happened so I immediately went up to the office to cancel my appointments and pick up any shots I had leftover there so I could do them myself at home, which I am doing now. I got to the office, went to talk to the nurses in the back and told them what happened and the "Head of Dr. Ashley" immediately got very rude with me and with an attitude told me I had to go wait in the waiting room. I will not be returning to Dr. Ashleys office. I will find a dermatologist that actually cares about my medical problems.

I have been to Dr Ashley at least eight times over the last five years including three minor surgeries for removal of potential cancer spots on my face. I have been totally satisfied with every aspect of my contacts with Dr Ashley and his staff. His professional demeanor, his sensitive care and the final concealment of the facial scars have been outstanding. The staff has been 100% professional and helpful in every instance. I would give the office and Dr. Ashley 8 stars on a five star scale if possible.

Dr. Ashley has been my dermatologist for more than 15 years in addition to being my parents dermatologist before I became a patient. I have never had an experience with either him or his staff that I would classify as an unprofessional or rude experience. I have always been extremely pleased with the level of care of have received and the results of any procedure. I would award more than 5 stars if possible.

Although getting a spot removed from my nose was somewhat painful, Dr. Ashley and his staff were great. I couldnt be more pleased with how I was treated and the overall sense that my problem was an important issue to them. I didnt feel rushed at all.
