Dr Nelson is extremely rude and abrupt. I brought my son here because I was scared and she did absolutely nothing to ease my fears. After waiting to see her she walked into the room and quickly made an exit. She was a real disappointment. Needless to say, we still dont have any real answers for whats going on with my son.

I have been waiting to be seen for what is now approaching to be one hour. Not how I expected my first time to go after being referred here. I took time off from work when in reality I shouldnt have. This is somewhat frustrating.
